It is quite possible to tune each output coil to resonate at a specific frequency but if you are using iron you are limited to lower frequencies which would lead to massive losses in heat if taken beyond it ceiling. the added frequencies are similar to Rife's work as the resonate frequencies are that of the viruses which would be the coils in your case.
as for the OU effect i have not researched this avenue so i can not come to a specific conclusion and i wish you luck in you pursuit.

It is surprising how information can be hidden right in front of our eyes. I've seen the image previously and disregarded it as being of no interest. I was not thinking at the time apparently. The only difference I see in making it into a video is the addition of a sound track.
However, this is actually describing something very real. Many devices have been produced that exploit the phenomena successfully.
In short, yes, the claims are in fact correct. There was a recent post, Heterodyne Power Generators that covered this. The choice of input frequencies in that video is quite poor I believe, and the linked post explains why if you read it. Heterodyning two frequencies produces at least two others that bear no direct phase relationship to the inputs, thereby altering the EMF and CEMF relationship between the inputs and output currents, and this is where the 'magic' is to be found.
As Chris has said there could also be harmonics depending on the choice of frequencies and other parameters. The image below shows a frequency produced by the 'difference' of the two. The 350 hz is a heterodyne that is produced as a 'sum' of the two and is not covered in the image below.

I only watched the video Bob. It didn't occur to me to go to Youtube so I had no idea who posted it there. As for Keshe he is one of the most arrogant, ignorant men I've ever had the displeasure of listening to and have avoided him for years. His assertions are complete rubbish as you infer. The explanation of the principals involved in this, on the Youtube comments, "The main principle here is that natural universal energy is trying to equalize the excess energy created by these two injected ones" is absolute gobbledygook most certainly. And that was enough to tell me that you are entirely correct in your observations re that guy's knowledge of electromagnetics.
However, that doesn't change what I said above. It is not only possible to build a OU circuit employing heterodynes, it's been done successfully at least once that I am aware of. It takes a considerable amount of analysis to uncover 'how' it works though. As is almost always the case it boils down to fundamental CEMF cancellation. Or should I say, the power sucking effects that CEMF has in normal transformers.

I would like to see the explanation of the toroid coil that generates without movement.

regarding the video and explanations i think its worth nothing. But the toroid with diferent frequencies injected is familiar to me . I have not tried personally , but I'm aware of the implementation in HHO production by Bob Boyce, wich have claimed a COP of 12 , and appearently could run a vehicle on HHO only with it. In his Built he used a big comercial ferrite with different windings and fed three diferent frequency DC pulses to power a 101 plate HHO cell. You can find mor detailed information in his Website , he have published al open source for non commercial use.

I guess what I saw was the Toroidal Power Unit by Seven Marks. It goes back to motion picture film. There's plenty about it on Utube, but claims of fraud, too.
I heard that they cut it open because something inside shorted out, and it stopped working. The other units kept operating. I believe it's operating upon the same principle as the Sweet, Gunderson and Flynn Motional-EMF devices.
