Here is my first attempt to draw something in 3D or technically 2.5D I believe:

I am very impressed! I am no expert and am only learning, but I am super impressed for how easy this is to pickup and start using! Lots of great help videos out there and lots of very good support also!

Keys:

Shift + Right Mouse Click = Rotate.
Ctrl + Right Mouse Click = Move Model.

I hope soon, I will be onto complex models that I can only dream of atm.
