Cutting a new Former

My Friends,

We have shown many ways to fabricate Formers for Coils.

3D Printing Formers, but its a slow process.
My favorite method is using by budget CNC Machine to cut Formers.
Even gluing fiberglass sheets together has been covered at one point!

CNC, Computer Numerical Control, is an amazing way to Machine Parts! The hard part, for most, is the CAD, Computer Aided Design, which takes some time and patience to get a grasp of! This is an amazing Technology, using the Cartesian Coordinate System to fabricate Parts in 3D Space!

All Former Designs should be planned and thought about in as much detail as possible! Remember Coil Geometry is Important!
