I have tried to replicate the Non-Inductive Coil Experiment. I get similar effects to what Tinker (neale) gets.

For the wave forms, the saw tooth drops down really fast, so it's for like 70%+ of the time. When I increase the frequency from 3k or so to 12-15k the wave form becomes similar to what's shown in video 7.

I do not have something to measure current right now.

Using amcc0320 Proterial

Primary - cw 14awg ,1.628mm. Wound on top of poc1.

Poc1 - cw 20awg, .813mm

Poc2 - ccw 20awg, 0.813

The input are all 5v and the amp shown are the amps on the x-tronic px-70 power supply (linear power supply). The pwm generator is FeelTech fy6300. It is set to 10v ampl and 5v offs square wave (This is to get 0v to 10v square wave pulse). The mosfet used is (IRFP4227PBFXKMA1): https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/196/Infineon_IRFI4227_DS_v01_02_EN-1227486.pdf. This has a 21mOhm RdsOn. The signal output from the pwm generator is connected directly to the gate of the mosfet. The primary + is connected directly to the power px-70 power supply. The primary - is connected to the drain of the mosfet. I have a 25v 470uF low impedance capacitor conncted to the priamry + coil and the gnd of the power supply.

One 12v 5w bulb on poc1. Another 12v 5w bulb put on poc2.

I tried to get the peak voltage the same for both poc1, poc2 with the following coils:

All of these experiments, the sawtooth ended really early (70%+ flat line) before the next pulse.

The lights were mostly the same brightness.

With the 180 turns on the poc, the frequency had to drop really low (300hz), for the peak voltage to be about the same, and the sawtooth ends really fast, so there's a lot of flat time. Also the shorter width coils the frequency had to be lower, for the peak voltage to be the same.

When I raise the frequency, the saw tooth wave form is closer to what tinker and video 7 shows, but poc1 output would increase (4-5v average), and poc2 output would be (200-500mv average).

I am not sure what can be done to get a better sawtooth waveform (going all the way to the next pulse start) and having both poc1 and poc2 output to be close to each other.

I've tried winding primary over both pocs with different number of winds on each poc. I also tried winding the primary over one poc and then switching the direction of the wind before winding over the second poc. The wave forms weren't what was shown in video 7, but I did see in one of the cases both coil would have the same wave sawtooth waveform (like what you get on poc1, where it dips down when pwm rise then spikes up when the pwm falls.) I'm not sure if this is the way to get both pocs to have the same output, but it used a lot more power. One of the combinations of the diodes the output was about the same, the other combinations one was 2x more than the other.

I've tried all 4 combinations of diode direction on both pocs also.

The main thing I want to try and get is to have both pocs have the same output and a good sawtooth waveform (not ending early before next pwm pulse). I might of missed something, but the width of the coil if it's smaller, the magnetic field strength is supposed to increase, which is supposed to increase voltage /current?, but it didn't really increase that much for me with the 60turns (22mm wide, 3 layers) and the 55turns winds (55mm wide, 1 layer). I've tried higher voltages also, but it did not seem to give the result that I wanted (I forgot what the results were). I'm not sure if it's my switching system, but the square wave seemed ok, not super clean. I'll try building the "Quadratron" to see if it makes much of a difference. I think the things that I have left to try is the quadatron, change power supply?, shorten length of wires. Get a better 1/4th width ratio of the primary coil over the secondary. Maybe something is wrong with my core? or try a nanocrystalline core instead of amorphous?

I'll probably try replicating fighter's zpm also, once I understand things more. I've destroyed a 12v sff power supply and a few mosfets so far. I stopped destroying mosfets now, and using the 470uf capacitor the power supply does not go into protection mode? (Clicks and resets back to 5v) anymore and I can increase voltage.

We all make bad choices from time to time, I made a bad choice letting those brain dead drop kicks stay here as long as I did, they were just leaches, plagiarists, liars and no hopers...

A former intelligence official turned whistleblower has given Congress and the Intelligence Community Inspector General extensive classified information about deeply covert programs that he says possess retrieved intact and partially intact craft of non-human origin.

The information, he says, has been illegally withheld from Congress, and he filed a complaint alleging that he suffered illegal retaliation for his confidential disclosures, reported here for the first time.

Other intelligence officials, both active and retired, with knowledge of these programs through their work in various agencies, have independently provided similar, corroborating information, both on and off the record.

The whistleblower, David Charles Grusch, 36, a decorated former combat officer in Afghanistan, is a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He served as the reconnaissance office’s representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019-2021. From late 2021 to July 2022, he was the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis and its representative to the task force.

The task force was established to investigate what were once called “unidentified flying objects,” or UFOs, and are now officially called “unidentified anomalous phenomena,” or UAP. The task force was led by the Department of the Navy under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. It has since been reorganized and expanded into the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office to include investigations of objects operating underwater.

Grusch said the recoveries of partial fragments through and up to intact vehicles have been made for decades through the present day by the government, its allies, and defense contractors. Analysis has determined that the objects retrieved are “of exotic origin (non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin) based on the vehicle morphologies and material science testing and the possession of unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures,” he said.

In filing his complaint, Grusch is represented by a lawyer who served as the original Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG).

“We are not talking about prosaic origins or identities,” Grusch said, referencing information he provided Congress and the current ICIG. “The material includes intact and partially intact vehicles.”

In accordance with protocols, Grusch provided the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review at the Department of Defense with the information he intended to disclose to us. His on-the-record statements were all “cleared for open publication” on April 4 and 6, 2023, in documents provided to us.

Grusch’s disclosures, and those of non-public witnesses, under new protective provisions of the latest defense appropriations bill, signal a growing determination by some in the government to unravel a colossal enigma with national security implications that has bedeviled the military and tantalized the public going back to World War II and beyond. For many decades, the Air Force carried out a disinformation campaign to discredit reported sightings of unexplained objects. Now, with two public hearings and many classified briefings under its belt, Congress is pressing for answers.

Karl E. Nell, a recently retired Army Colonel and current aerospace executive who was the Army’s liaison for the UAP Task Force from 2021 to 2022 and worked with Grusch there, characterizes Grusch as “beyond reproach.”

Christopher Mellon, who spent nearly twenty years in the U.S. Intelligence Community and served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, has worked with Congress for years on unidentified aerial phenomena.

“A number of well-placed current and former officials have shared detailed information with me regarding this alleged program, including insights into the history, governing documents and the location where a craft was allegedly abandoned and recovered,” Mellon said. “However, it is a delicate matter getting this potentially explosive information into the right hands for validation. This is made harder by the fact that, rightly or wrongly, a number of potential sources do not trust the leadership of the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office established by Congress.”

But some insiders are now willing to take the risk of coming forward for the first time with knowledge of these recovery programs.

Jonathan Grey is a generational officer of the United States Intelligence Community with a Top-Secret Clearance who currently works for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), where the analysis of UAP has been his focus. Previously he had experience serving Private Aerospace and Department of Defense Special Directive Task Forces.

“The non-human intelligence phenomenon is real. We are not alone,” Grey said. “Retrievals of this kind are not limited to the United States. This is a global phenomenon, and yet a global solution continues to elude us.”

At the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Grusch served as a Senior Intelligence Capabilities Integration Officer, cleared at the Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Information level, and was the agency’s Senior Technical Advisor for Unidentified Aerial Phenomena analysis/Trans-Medium Issues. From 2016 to 2021, he served with the National Reconnaissance Office as Senior Intelligence Officer and led the production of the NRO director’s daily briefing. Grusch was a GS-15 civilian, the military equivalent of a Colonel.

Grusch has served as an Intelligence Officer for over fourteen years. A veteran of the Air Force, he has numerous awards and decorations for his participation in covert and clandestine operations to advance American security.

According to a 2021 NRO Performance Report, Grusch was an intelligence strategist with multiple responsibilities who “analyzed unidentified aerial phenomena reports” and “boosted congressional leadership Intel gaps [in] understanding.” He was assessed by the reconnaissance office’s Operations Center Deputy Director as an “adept staff officer and strategist” and “total force integrator with innovative solutions and actionable results.”

Grusch prepared many briefs on unidentified aerial phenomena for Congress while in government and helped draft the language on UAP for the FY2023 National Defense Authorization Act, spearheaded by Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Marco Rubio and signed into law by President Biden in December 2022. The provision states that any person with relevant UAP information can inform Congress without retaliation, regardless of any previous non-disclosure agreements.

In his statements cleared for publication by the Pentagon in April, Grusch asserted that UFO “legacy programs” have long been concealed within “multiple agencies nesting UAP activities in conventional secret access programs without appropriate reporting to various oversight authorities.”

He said he reported to Congress on the existence of a decades-long “publicly unknown Cold War for recovered and exploited physical material – a competition with near-peer adversaries over the years to identify UAP crashes/landings and retrieve the material for exploitation/reverse engineering to garner asymmetric national defense advantages.”

Beginning in 2022, Grusch provided Congress with hours of recorded classified information transcribed into hundreds of pages which included specific data about the materials recovery program. Congress has not been provided with any physical materials related to wreckage or other non-human objects.

Grusch’s investigation was centered on extensive interviews with high-level intelligence officials, some of whom are directly involved with the program. He says the operation was illegally shielded from proper Congressional oversight and that he was targeted and harassed because of his investigation.

Grusch said that the craft recovery operations are ongoing at various levels of activity and that he knows the specific individuals, current and former, who are involved.

“Individuals on these UAP programs approached me in my official capacity and disclosed their concerns regarding a multitude of wrongdoings, such as illegal contracting against the Federal Acquisition Regulations and other criminality and the suppression of information across a qualified industrial base and academia,” he stated.

Associates who vouched for Grusch said his information was highly sensitive, providing evidence that materials from objects of non-human origin are in the possession of highly secret black programs. Although locations, program names, and other specific data remain classified, the Inspector General and intelligence committee staff were provided with these details. Several current members of the recovery program spoke to the Inspector General’s office and corroborated the information Grusch had provided for the classified complaint.

Grusch left the government on April 7, 2023, in order, he said, to advance government accountability through public awareness. He remains well-supported within intelligence circles, and numerous sources have vouched for his credibility.

“His assertion concerning the existence of a terrestrial arms race occurring sub-rosa over the past eighty years focused on reverse engineering technologies of unknown origin is fundamentally correct, as is the indisputable realization that at least some of these technologies of unknown origin derive from non-human intelligence,” said Karl Nell, the retired Army Colonel who worked with Grusch on the UAP Task Force.

In a 2022 performance evaluation, Laura A. Potter, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Headquarters, Department of the Army, described Nell as “an officer with the strongest possible moral compass.”

Grusch is represented by Charles McCullough III, senior partner of the Compass Rose Legal Group in Washington and the original Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2011. At that time, McCullough reported directly to the then-Director of National Intelligence, James R. Clapper, and oversaw intelligence officers responsible for audits, inspections, and investigations.

In May 2022, McCullough filed a Disclosure of Urgent Concern(s); Complaint of Reprisal on behalf of Grusch with the ICIG about detailed information that Grusch had gathered beginning in 2019 while working for the UAP Task Force.

An unclassified version of the complaint provided to us states that Grusch has direct knowledge that UAP-related classified information has been withheld and/or concealed from Congress by “elements” of the intelligence community “to purposely and intentionally thwart legitimate Congressional oversight of the UAP Program.” All testimony Grusch provided for the classified complaint was provided under oath.

According to the unclassified complaint, in July 2021, Grusch had confidentially provided classified information to the Department of Defense Inspector General concerning the withholding of UAP-related information from Congress. He believed that his identity, and the fact that he had provided testimony, were disclosed “to individuals and/or entities” within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community outside the IG’s office. He did not allege that this information was improperly disclosed by any member of that office.

As a result, Grusch suffered months of retaliation and reprisals related to these disclosures beginning in 2021. He asked that details of these reprisals be withheld to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General found his complaint “credible and urgent” in July 2022. According to Grusch, a summary was immediately submitted to the Director of National Intelligence, Avril Haines; the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence; and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

The complaint was drafted and signed by McCullough and his managing partner. It ended with Grusch’s signature attached to his statement that “I do solemnly affirm under the penalties of perjury that the contents of the foregoing paper are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.”

A whistleblower reprisal investigation was launched, and Grusch began his communication with the staff of the Congressional intelligence committees in private closed-door sessions. According to Grusch, certain information which he obtained in his investigation could not be put before Congressional staffers because they did not have the necessary clearances or the appropriate investigative authority.

A representative of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence told us in March that the committee members are not able to comment on the content of a complaint or confirm the identity of a complainant.

“When you have multiple agencies nesting UAP activities in conventional SAP/CAP programs, both as recipients of exploitation-related insights and for operational reasons, without appropriate reporting to various oversight authorities, you have a problem,” Grusch said, referencing the highly secret Special Access Programs and Controlled Access Programs.

Grusch’s willingness to take risks and speak out appears to be emboldening others with similar knowledge who believe in greater transparency.

NASIC, headquartered at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, is the Department of Defense’s primary Air Force source for foreign air and space threat analysis. Its mission is to “discover and characterize air, space, missile, and cyber threats,” according to the agency’s website. “The center’s team of trusted subject matter experts deliver unique collection, exploitation, and analytic capabilities not found elsewhere,” the website states.

Grey said that such immense capabilities are not merely relegated to the study of the prosaic. “The existence of complex historical programs involving the coordinated retrieval and study of exotic materials, dating back to the early 20th century, should no longer remain a secret,” he said. “The majority of retrieved, foreign exotic materials have a prosaic terrestrial explanation and origin – but not all, and any number higher than zero in this category represents an undeniably significant statistical percentage.”

It is unusual for an Air Force insider to come forward, as the Air Force has been less forthcoming than other agencies with regard to UAP.

“A vast array of our most sophisticated sensors, including space-based platforms, have been utilized by different agencies, typically in triplicate, to observe and accurately identify the out-of-this-world nature, performance, and design of these anomalous machines, which are then determined not to be of earthly origin,” Grey said.

Mellon, the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, has been instrumental in arranging classified briefings for members of Congress and other officials about UAP, which include references to exotic retrieved materials. The first briefing he facilitated on retrievals of unexplained objects was provided to staff members of the Senate Armed Services Committee on Oct. 21, 2019, and to staff members of the Senate Intelligence Committee two days later, as reported by The New York Times.

Mellon says that once the members of Congress gain greater awareness of the information provided to their staff and the Inspector General, they will be in a position to quickly determine the truth if they have the will to do so.

“This is an unprecedented oversight challenge for the committees, but I believe we have leaders in Congress who are up to the task,” Mellon said.

Classified briefings are often presented for Jonathan Grey and his team at NASIC. “High-level, classified briefing materials exist in which real-world scenarios involving UAP, as evidenced by historical examples, are made available to Intelligence Personnel on a need-to-know basis,” he told us. “I have been the recipient of such briefings for almost a decade.”

The National Defense Authorization Act for FY2023 tasked the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Director of National Intelligence, with establishing for the first time a secure mechanism for the authorized reporting of sensitive information to defense channels.

In addition, the legislation asks for reporting on “material retrieval, material analysis, reverse engineering, research and development” involving unidentified anomalous phenomena currently and going back decades.

Dr. Garry Nolan, a Professor in the Department of Pathology at Stanford University and a renowned inventor and entrepreneur with more three hundred published papers, has started over half a dozen companies based on technologies out of his laboratory. Nolan has previously applied some of those technologies to the analysis of exotic materials, publishing the first peer-reviewed paper examining such materials.

“Human civilization was utterly transformed by something as small as a grain of silicon or germanium—creating the underpinning of the integrated circuits that underly computation and now even artificial intelligence,” Nolan said.

Studying even small samples of purported anomalous material could lead to currently inconceivable benefits for humanity, he said. “What might be represented here could be hundreds of technology revolutions ahead of us. It could be more transformative for humanity than what the microprocessor accomplished. Imagine what we could do with even a grain of knowledge about how they operate.”

To encourage potential witnesses to come forward, the whistleblower legislation forbids any federal employee from retaliating against anyone providing authorized disclosure.

“Whistleblowing is essential to the checks and balances of our government – and no federal employee should feel discouraged from stepping forward due to fear of retaliation,” Rep. Andre Carson told us. In May 2022, Carson presided over the first open Congressional hearing on UAP since 1968.

The case of David Grusch marks a crucial test of these new whistleblower protections and their ability to protect future whistleblowers who decide to come forward.

Jonathan Grey says secrets have been necessary. “Though a tough nut to crack, potential technological advancements may be gleaned from non-human intelligence/UAP retrievals by any sufficiently advanced nation and then used to wage asymmetrical warfare, so, therefore, some secrecy must remain,” he says. “However, it is no longer necessary to continue to deny that these advanced technologies derived from non-human intelligence exist at all or to deny that these technologies have landed, crashed, or fallen into the hands of human beings.”

Grey noted that the hypothesis that the United States alone has bullied the other nations into maintaining this secrecy for nearly a century continues to prevail as the primary consensus amongst the public at large. “My hope is to dissuade the global populace from this archaic and preposterous notion, and to potentially pave the way for a much broader discussion,” he said.

Grusch said it was dangerous for this “eighty-year arms race” to continue in secrecy because it “further inhibits the world populace to be prepared for an unexpected, non-human intelligence contact scenario.”

“I hope this revelation serves as an ontological shock sociologically and provides a generally uniting issue for nations of the world to re-assess their priorities,” Grusch said.

What does the Australian Red Ensign mean?

The red stripe on the flag represents the Australian Army, the dark blue stripe represents the Royal Australian Navy and the light blue stripe represents the Royal Australian Air Force. The Commonwealth Star and the boomerang on the Australian Defence Force ensign represent Australia.

The History is very mixed and muddy, it appears that the History is being forgotten or even re-written to void out some of the truth:

Red Ensign (1707-1800) - Lieutenant James Cook on HM Bark Endeavour on his first voyage of discovery was the first European to explore the east coast of Australia. He landed at Kurnell on Botany Bay on 29 April 1770. The Endeavour was in the service of the Royal Navy, but as it was not attached to any fleet, it flew the British Red Ensign (one of three flags then used by the Royal Navy).

National Colonial Flag - Captain John Bingle, a former mariner, wrote his memoirs in 1881 in which he stated that Captain John Nicholson and he had designed a flag for use as a national colonial flag for Australia. The flag was developed as part of the Commonwealth government’s 1901 federal flag design competition, which resulted in two flags: the familiar Australian blue ensign for official Commonwealth government use and our national flag, and the Australian red ensign for the merchant navy, which refers to our shrinking commercial shipping fleet.

In the early years of federation, the red ensign was an important symbol of Australian identity as the main flag used by private citizens on land and at sea. Australians have fought under it during both world wars.

I have to say, my research shows a very different story than the one being told here!

History of the Australian Red Ensign

When the Commonwealth Government announced a competition to design a flag for Australia in 1901, entrants were asked to send a design for two flags – one for official and naval purposes and the other for merchant ships.

The resulting Commonwealth red ensign or merchant flag was identical to the Australian National Flag (or Commonwealth blue ensign as it was then known) except that it had a red background instead of a blue one.

Historically, the Australian red ensign was used on land and at sea and Australians have fought under it during both world wars.

There was considerable confusion in the first half of the 20th century over the appropriate use of the red ensign as opposed to the blue ensign.

This was clarified with the passage of the Flags Act 1953 which proclaimed the blue ensign as the Australian National Flag. The Australian red ensign became the official flag to be flown at sea by Australian registered merchant ships.

September 3 each year, as well as being Australia National Flag Day, is also Merchant Navy Day. Organisations and individuals commemorating Merchant Navy Day can choose to fly the Australian red ensign. While it is generally only flown at sea, the Australian red ensign may be flown on land for ceremonial purposes such as Merchant Navy Day. When the Australian red ensign is flown along with the Australian National Flag, the Australian National Flag should be flown in the position of honour.

Centenary Flag

The Centenary Flag was presented to the Prime Minister on behalf of the people of Australia by the Australian National Flag Association on 3 September 2001 to mark the 100th anniversary of the day the Australian National Flag was first flown.

The Centenary Flag is an Australian National Flag with a white headband incorporating a cardinal red stripe and an inscription.

The Centenary Flag was proclaimed on 13 September 2001.

Why did the Australian flag change from red to blue?

The Menzies government introduced the Flags Act to encourage the public to use the Blue Ensign instead of the Union Jack and the Red Ensign, with the latter only to be used on merchant ships.

The Flags Act explains that the Blue Ensign is Australia’s National Flag. It defines flag dimensions protocols around use.

The Flags Act Bill was passed in December 1953 and was given Royal Assent on 14 February 1954 by the Queen, who was visiting Australia.

The flag has changed little since the 1901 competition, although in 1908, when Australia acquired Papua as an external territory, a seventh point was added to the Federation Star to represent Papua and all subsequent territories.

A man who successfully predicted the unlikely victory of Donald Trump and the UK's vote to leave the European Union has come up with a new round of prophecies for 2018.

Craig Hamilton-Parker has prophesied there will be a terrorist attack on a British motorway, revolution in North Korea which overthrows Kim Jong-Un’s regime, and a chemical weapons attack by drones on a European city.

“2018 will be a year of political turmoil and environmental crisis caused by dramatic and unprecedented weather,” he said in a blog post.

On a less morbid note, Mr Parker also predicted Prince Harry would become engaged to Meghan Markle.

The Southampton-born man, who has had an uncanny propensity to predict improbable global events, also guessed a series of terrorist attacks, an international economic recession, and Theresa May managing to hold onto power.

In terms of the US, Mr Parker, who accurately guessed Hillary Clinton would step down from politics in 2017, predicted President Donald Trump would dodge impeachment proceedings and a US warship would drown next year.

He made a number of troubling predictions in terms of environmental catastrophes and said the environment was his number one prophesy for the forthcoming year.

“Environment is top of my list because I feel 2018 will see unprecedented earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and ferocious weather,” he said. “I have been saying for some years that we can expect this – not just because of global warming but also because of increased activity of the Sun. We have seen terrible hurricanes but I feel there is worse to come.”

Mr Parker predicted Mount Vesuvius in Italy would erupt and Naples will be evacuated, there would be a rise in seismic activity - including in areas that have been tremor free for as long as a thousand years, with a very serious earthquake hitting New Zealand.

He predicted record level hurricanes ravaging the Caribbean, wildfires in California and Australia, and flooding in China and India. What’s more, the southern seas will be impossible to travel along in certain areas due to a massive ice shelf breaking from the Antarctic.

But Mr Parker’s conjectures were not all doom and gloom and he predicted there would also be a concurrent growth in spirituality.

“Many of the above predictions are pretty gloomy but I feel that there will be a simultaneous growth in spirituality for the people of the world that will now start to lead us into a Golden Age,” he concluded. “Conflict and hardship plus growing environmental problems will bring good people together and ignite a desire to seek the true purpose of human life.”

Their PR Guys ID devices or technology that may be 'of use' and make contact with the inventors and befriend them.

The Scientists identify the device's or Technology and access it - to see if 'Something needs to be done!'

Then they run circles around the Poor Dumb Inventor and wrap it up so tight that they don't know what to do in the mornings when they get up. Some turn to Booze/Drugs, like a well known identity most of you have no doubt seen a lot of publicity on lately.

So I urge you and all others following - Don't get tied up in this game they play. You can see it a mile away if you know what to look for. Most of them can be traced back to small Energy Companies that have no real Product or any visible form of income to support their Floor Space and Personal. They typically like to be seen in expensive Shoes/Suits. the top Guys are rarely seen, they tend to send their PR Guys that mostly don't know any better and its just a job to them.

For our children's sake, and our children's children sakes, let common sense talk and not money!

what I suggest to all those who receive solicitations, from external entities and investors promising funds, never sign an NDA without having properly protected their interests; for that they should consult an exempt lawyer, so that they are not surprised in the future with restrictions that will only serve to limit their disclosure in the future.
I know perfectly well that this may not be easy to understand, but most large companies that are usually represented by smaller external entities, who often approach inventors, through social networks and forums, promising economic support and help, to development of the ideas, but sometimes or most of the times the things could run wrong .

I do not want to mention specific names of some of these companies, but as an example, a large world-renowned German company, usually acquires the rights of a certain idea, just so as not to interfere or have influence in the sale of its own products, and their operation model in market , saving for years later its disclosure according to its economic interests , sad but true .

But I also understand, that the supposed guarantee given by these companies, can convince many people, the non-disclosure in open-source of certain projects, because there are many "rats" everywhere trying to take advantage of the efforts of others.
This situation can be a double-edged steak, if I make myself understood.

Despite Google claiming Australian services were “at risk,” Mr Sims said the tech giant would not be “required to charge Australians for the use of its free services” under the proposed news bargaining code.

A Google spokesman appeared to rule out charging users today, instead claiming the code would “seriously damage our products and user experience”.

“We do not intend to charge users for our free services,” he said. “What we did say is that Search and YouTube, both of which are free services, are at risk in Australia. That’s because the code as it is drafted is unworkable.”

He said Google was concerned it would have to give registered news organisations advance warning of changes affecting their content, and to share data about how users interacted with news stories.

“This goes beyond the current level of data-sharing between Google and news publishers,” he said.

The draft code, released on July 31, asks digital platforms to provide “clear information about the data they collect” about users’ interactions with news stories, in a move designed to assist smaller publishers which may not be aware of the data collection.

GOOGLE’S AUSSIE THREAT BLASTED

It comes as the tech giant is sends “warnings” to millions of Australians this week in what looks like the start of a fierce campaign against new rules that could force the firm to pay for the news it uses on its platform.

And the trillion-dollar company is making bold claims to users: alleging proposed laws from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission will put everything from users’ privacy to the viability of Google’s free services at risk.

But ACCC chairman Rod Sims branded some of these warnings as “misinformation”.

We put these claims to the test against the draft legislation, and this is what you need to know about Google’s new “open letter” and what a news code would really mean for everyone.

Communications Minister Paul Fletcher has also blasted Google.

“One of the things that struck me was this item that pops up when you do a google search refers to the ‘big media’ companies,” he told Sky News host Peter Stefanovic on Tuesday.

“Now let’s get some numbers in this debate. Google has a market capitalisation of 1200 billion US dollars.

“The market capitalisation of News Corp – the biggest of the Australian news businesses – is $US9 billion. Nine Entertainment Ltd is $US2 billion.

“This language which attempts to characterise one side of this policy interaction as ‘big businesses’ – and by implication the other side not a big business, let’s be clear this is about the proper commercial terms for dealings between news media businesses.”

CLAIM: The ACCC news code could “put the free services you use at risk in Australia”.

FACT: Only Google can set the price of its products and services in Australia and elsewhere.

As ACCC chairman Rod Sims put it, “Google will not be required to charge Australians for the use of its free services such as Google Search and YouTube unless it chooses to do so”.

For context, Google collected $4.8 billion in revenue from Australia in 2019, including $4.3 billion in proceeds from digital advertising. It made $161 billion in revenue worldwide.

And, in January, Google’s parent company Alphabet became the fourth tech firm to reach a market cap of more than one trillion dollars.

CLAIM: “It will create an uneven playing field when it comes to who makes money on YouTube.”

FACT: YouTube is not mentioned in the draft law behind the news bargaining code.

The legislation lists Google Discover, News, and Search as “designated digital platform services,” along with Facebook’s News Feed, including Groups and Pages, Facebook’s forthcoming News Tab, and Instagram. YouTube is not named.

Google’s “uneven playing field” phrase might also sound familiar.

When announcing the news bargaining code, Federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg said it was designed to create a “level playing field” for digital platforms and Australian media businesses, which had been forced to work with them.

“It’s about a fair go for Australian news media businesses, it’s about ensuring that we have increased competition, increased consumer protection, and a sustainable media landscape,” Mr Frydenberg said.

CLAIM: “YouTube may be obligated to give large news publishers confidential information about our systems that they could use to try to appear higher in rankings on YouTube, disadvantaging all other creators. This would mean you receive fewer views and earn less.”

FACT: YouTube is not named in the draft law and does not fall under the news bargaining code.

CLAIM: “The law would force us to give an unfair advantage to one group of businesses – news media businesses – over everyone else who has a website, YouTube channel or small business. News media businesses alone would be given information that would help them artificially inflate their ranking over everyone else, even when someone else provides a better result.”

FACT: News companies will not be able to “game” Google’s algorithm to climb search rankings with information they receive under this new code of conduct.

Under the law, Google and Facebook would give registered news organisations 28 days’ notice of changes that would “significantly” affect the way their content would be presented online.

Last year, Google Australia managing director Mel Silva said it already provided news organisations with “extensive guidance on search ranking”.

Google could also choose to issue notice of these changes to other companies — or publicly publish them — to avoid favouring news organisations.

The news code would also require Facebook and Google to ensure they are “appropriately recognising original news content”. Google said it made changes to achieve that last year.

CLAIM: “We deeply believe in the importance of news to society. We partner closely with Australian news media businesses — we already pay them millions of dollars and send them billions of free clicks every year. We’ve offered to pay more to license content.”

FACT: Google announced a plan to pay some small Australian publishers for news content in June, just weeks before the announcement of the ACCC’s news bargaining code.

Critics branded the move an attempt to evade action widely anticipated from the competition watchdog.

Google has now suspended these deals with outlets including Crikey, The Saturday Paper, and InDaily.

Google says it sends news organisations “free clicks” by using their content on its platform; but that platform also uses the traffic it gets from listing news stories to sell millions of dollars in digital ads every year.

CLAIM: “Big news businesses can demand large amount of money above and beyond what they earn on the platform, leaving fewer funds to invest in you, our creators, and the programs to help you develop your audience in Australia and around the globe.”

FACT: Google and Facebook have three months to negotiate with media organisations to decide on payments for the content they create.

If the parties can’t agree, each will be asked to make a “final offer” on what they think is fair. An independent arbiter will decide which offer is the “most reasonable” within 45 days.

The model is designed to ensure both parties do not demand “above and beyond” what is fair.

CLAIM: “You trust us with your data and our job is to keep it safe. Under this law, Google has to tell news media businesses “how they can gain access” to data about your use of our products.”

FACT: Google and Facebook will be asked to share some data they collect from users but only about how they interact with news content.

The ACCC says this could include “how long users spend on an article, how many articles they consume in a certain time period” and other ways they use news content.

They will not be able to access users’ location data, internet search history, contact details, or information about their friends like digital platforms do.

US Democrats Call To End Durham Investigation Despite Proven Criminal Conduct

Below is my column in the Hill on the announced criminal plea by former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith and the continued calls by Democratic leaders to end the John Durham investigation. This week I discussed the call of Andrew Weissmann, one of the top prosecutors with Special Counsel Robert Mueller, for DOJ lawyers to refuse to help in the investigation despite his own conflict of interest. When the Clinesmith plea was announced, Weissmann proceeded to deride the charge and make spurious legal and factual claims about its basis. The Weissmann call for DOJ lawyers to hinder this investigation is unprofessional and unwarranted but hardly uncommon in this rage-filled environment.

"Gosh almighty.”

Those words from former Vice President Joe Biden sum up plenty about the announced criminal plea by former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith. Of course, Biden was not referring to the implications of the FBI lawyer who lied to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court for the efforts to continue the surveillance of an adviser to the campaign of Donald Trump. Nor was he referring to growing evidence that the Russia investigation was launched based on false and flawed evidence.

Biden was referring to the federal investigation by United States Attorney John Durham that led to the criminal plea by Clinesmith. Like most other Democrats, Biden previously denounced the investigation and the effort to look into criminality. Now that criminality has been found, Democrats and commentators still insist there are no reasons to continue it.

From the start, Democrats overwhelmingly condemned the investigation despite admitting Durham is a respected prosecutor. Leaders like House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff deemed the investigation “tainted” and “political.” Biden mocked the very idea of an “investigation of the investigators” and added, “Give me a break. Gosh almighty.”

These are the same figures who repeatedly cited plea agreements in the special counsel investigation by Robert Mueller as proof that real crimes were waiting to be found. When the plea by former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn was announced, it was seen as the critical development even though FBI agents said they did not believe Flynn had intentionally lied about his conversations with Russian diplomats.

Many in the media cited the plea by Flynn to disprove the insistence by Trump that the Mueller investigation was a hoax. But they are not citing the plea by Clinesmith to disprove the statement by Biden. Indeed, they have barely covered it. It does not appear to matter that Clinesmith said “viva la resistance” after the 2016 election or that, after claiming he was devastated by the victory of Trump, he lamented that “my god damned name was all over those legal documents investigating his staff.”

But several Democrats and commentators maintained there was never a targeting of the campaign before the special counsel appointment. That was untrue. Declassified documents show that an agent was used with a national security briefing of Trump and his aides during the campaign to gather information for the Russia investigation. Who did the agent report to? Clinesmith and Peter Strzok at the FBI, who infamously referred to his own “insurance” with the chance that Trump might be elected.

This is a plea agreement so it is not known what information Clinesmith may have shared. Moreover, this is just the first public move by Durham, just as Flynn was the early salvo for Mueller. But the date of this criminal false statement is key. In September 2016, administration officials leaked the existence of the classified investigation in the midst of the campaign and suggested Trump adviser Carter Page was a Russian agent.

This secret surveillance started the next month, based on that allegation against Page, when he was in fact an American asset. The FISA court was never told that information in the surveillance application was derived in part from the dossier, or that it was paid for by the opposition campaign. Nor was it told that at the time, FBI agents challenged both the bias and credibility for the dossier author and past British spy Christopher Steele, who was known to have given interviews for the media and claimed that he was trying to defeat Trump and assist the Clinton campaign.

In January 2017, Trump was inaugurated and FBI agents had sought to end their investigation of Flynn, citing no evidence of a crime. However, Strzok evidently wanted the collusion investigation to remain open and, later that month, Clinesmith also sought to renew that surveillance order over Page. His FISA application expressly cited the Steele dossier and described it as credible, despite knowing the different findings by FBI agents.

In February 2017, there were more leaks about alleged collusion by Trump officials with the Russians, a claim that even Strzok said was unsupported. The FBI was finding no evidence of collusion, while there was pressure to end the investigation. In June 2017, Clinesmith falsified an email in a third FISA application. What he was able to hide from the court was incredible. The court was told that Page might be a Russian asset for a conspiracy to influence the election as Clinesmith was told that Page was an American asset who was working by meeting with Russians. Clinesmith altered one critical email to state otherwise and extend the investigation.

When Clinesmith took this criminal action, the Russia collusion theory had already fallen apart. Both former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates declared they would never have signed off on all the surveillance applications if they knew then what they know today. Rosenstein called for the Durham investigation to finish, while Yates called for accountability for all of the misconduct.

With news of the criminal plea by Clinesmith, one might expect the media and our members of Congress to demand the same vigorous investigation from Durham as they did from Mueller. The collusion allegations that were noted to launch the Russia investigation were after all ultimately rejected. Durham is by contrast investigating the bias and misconduct.

So we have a collusion investigation that was shown to be based on false or unreliable information. It was launched and maintained by officials who were accused by an inspector general of misconduct, false statements, or procedural errors. Today we have the actual criminal guilty plea. However, many voices in Washington continue to insist that there are no reasons for Durham to continue digging.

There is great debate where the Arrow points. Many don't really know for sure where we are exactly, we know we are close to the End of an Age and the Start of a New Age! Some say we are still in the Kali Yuga, some say its about to End.

The Vernal Equinox

Today, we mostly use the Vernal Equinox. The Vernal Equinox represents the Sun crossing the celestial equator going North. In the Northern Hemisphere, the (Spring) Vernal Equinox marks the first day of astronomical spring. In the Northern Hemisphere the vernal equinox falls about March 20 or 21, as the Sun crosses the celestial equator going north. In the Southern Hemisphere the equinox occurs on September 21 or 23.

The Autumnal Equinox

The Ancients used the Autumnal Equinox. The (fall) autumnal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere is in September 21 to 23. Occasionally it can also fall on September 21 or 24. In the Southern Hemisphere the equinox occurs on March 20 or 21, when the Sun moves north across the celestial equator.
