Hi, all. First post.

I've been researching COP>1 devices which align with the tenets of QM for awhile now. I've come up with 4 devices which don't violate any laws of physics, although life does tend to interfere with getting them completed. "Life" in this context constitutes time constraints; and my wife and kids tending to take over my area of the garage and clutter it up to the point I don't have room to turn around, let alone get any work done.

... could it be that one isn't really knocking the magnetism down to the claimed 30-40 Gauss described in the video above, but what one is really doing is creating small areas of domains which are aligned with the intersections of the B and C windings such that these described "bubbles" are really domains canted in the direction of these intersections?

Fringe Rotary Transformer Replication Experiments

Hey! I was hesitating starting this thread because I already have too many experiments/replications in progress. But I couldn't help myself!

For a while now the RT idea has been something I wanted to mess around with, so I've been keeping my eyes open for a nice universal motor. And I found one last week. Brand new, some German model, I believe for washing machines. The guy had got it and just never used it. Brand new, I got it for 50 euros. Not bad.

Sorry, I scratched up the label a bit. I went ahead and took a band saw and cut off some of the supports that were on it so it would sit a little more flat on the desk.

I also opened it up. The two stator windings were in series, with the center tap. Which I thought was strange because assuming that center tap was used as one polarity then the stator windings were wound so they would be opposing each other. I went ahead and separated the center tap so each coil had it's own separate connection pin. But I'm hoping that if the stator windings were really meant to oppose each other, that the armature windings and brushes are not configured to fire at some strange angle.

It starts up quite nice when DC is applied to the commutator pins. But the output voltage seems super low. If I run it at around 25 V input it will get up over 4000 rpm. Using one coil as output with a diode, It will take about 3-4 seconds to charge a capacitor just over 10 V. I'm not sure if that is expected, or if it should be quicker. When I have just a bulb connected, the voltage stays down around 2 V. It's a slim to nothing output.

Watching those, I think I should expect to see a horribly low output from the coils, until the proper bucking is achieved.

So, I did start gathering parts and playing around with the circuit that Chris put out not too long ago, here on the thread The Rotary Transformer - Tinman

I have to locate an IRF-540. I'm using a IRF-640 in this picture and even though Rds(on) should be the same, 10V, the gate seems to want to start opening at around 4-5 V. I did add a pull-down resistor on the gate so it shouldn't be floating. Maybe I'm doing something else wrong.

I am thinking though, maybe I should shelf this for a bit and return to the Floyd Sweet style POC layout experiments, and the spark gap experiments. I now have the house to myself for a few days, and I was actually starting to make some progress with the other experiments. I will return to this soon though. Seems like a great alternative view on the same technology, and maybe there is something else to learn here.

I was experimenting with MrPreva 2 coil on one core current multiplication.

I created this device with success around COP=3:

MrPreva's video at the beginning of the forum demonstrated, and subsequently, my experiment with multiple transformers also showed that when transformer coils with unequal windings are connected, current multiplication occurs. In the transformers I tested (one with 7 turns and another with 11 turns, as seen in the video; another transformer with 150: 300 turns), the current was multiplied approximately 3-4 times during the pulse—compared to the supplied current in the circuit. This indicates an accumulation of magnetic field energy in the transformer core.

After the pulse ends, the core magnetically oscillates (ferroresonance), and this energy can be captured by an additional third coil, on which a short but very strong pulse appears. On the 7:11 turn transformer, I added a third collection coil with 10 turns. At input pulses of 8.6V and approximately 30mA, around 300V appeared on the collection coil in a short pulse. Increasing the turns on the collection coil (up to 25 turns) did not significantly increase this voltage but extended the collected pulse. This proves that after the input pulse ends, the collapse of opposing magnetic fields propagates through the ferrite core as a wave rather than a simple decrease in magnetic induction.

Coil resonance is not necessary; it works over a wide frequency range.

So I tried using a different ferrite core with input coils of 40 and 70 turns and a collection coil of 250 turns. I connected the collection coil to a 1.5W LED bulb rated for 240V. The output, compared to the input, was 3 times greater, depending on frequency and pulse width settings.

I found a very similar solution on YouTube from quite some time ago, so I probably didn’t invent anything new. However, in that case, identical coils were used for excitation, which may not be as efficient (I haven’t tested it), but the principle and circuit are essentially similar:

Why would there be such a difference between Loading the Rotor and Not Loaded?

The time rate of change of the Magnetic Field is the answer! The faster the Rotor, the faster the Change in time of the Flux! The Flux has two paths, the Long Path, all the way around the Armature, and the Short Path through the Rotor, remember this runs in attraction mode, attracting the Flux through the Gapped Rotor Assembly. At this point the Circuit switches in the Fet, and the two Coils become "Partnered Output Coils" as has been described.

The Rotary Transformer does work as I have laid out, it works with the ideas I have shown and there were direct Lies told about the device which I have documented in the above link. Proven with evidence from the original Videos.

The Magnet does the Biasing I talked about. The reason that the RT did not last very long was as the device heats up, the Magnet looses its Magnetism! A problem easily solved!

No Holes were drilled! No secret Wires or Coils were added, all this is complete lies!

Hi all, This thread is around the continued development and build of my pulse motor. I've joined this forum as there is lots of good discussion and information around coils. What you're looking at is two rotors with 3 stacks of magnets, 4 sets of 3 coils (approx 1200 turns each, 25ohm, 0.5mm wire), and two sets of 3 coils (1mm) to pulse the rotors. The gen coils sets are going to be wired as POC. And a quick test after setting this up sees an easy 50V from 1 of the 4 sets of gen coils. Really looking forward to sharing some results.

Hello everyone !

This is my first post so, don’t come hard on me please.

I have built a little coil system for a while and when I have enough time I am still playing with it.

I am not making any claims yet, but the system built is a replica from “what if I did this” youtuber and seems to work quite nice. Until I will get a new multimeter I have no idea what is capable of, so I tried with different loads. I don’t know how but the output looks like AC and DC in the same time or maybe just pulsed DC.

Input is 20v 3.2 amps from an old laptop charger. Using a cheap ZVS bought from amazon and few flat spiral coils: 3 bifilar and 4 monofilar.

One bifilar is connected to ZVS, then all the rest in 2 sets of 1 bifilar+2monofilar Both sets connected in parallel for output through 2 diodes and 1 cap.

I have inserted a battery meter just before ZVS to monitor power drawn than playing with different loads that I had handy: cfl bulb, incandescent bulb, ironing iron, kettle for boiling water, LEDs and a BLDC 6v motor.

It seems that I can power all of them without to much trouble, but for heavy loads (ironing iron and kettle) it takes time to get them hot … ironing iron start to get hot after 10 minutes and hot water much longer +40 minutes.

You Will need:

One Input Coil
Two Output Coils
Patience
Support

You need to follow the basic plan laid out here:

NOTE: Partnered Output Coils can be wound either CW / CCW or CW / CW Flipped.

CW is Clockwise.
CCW is Counter Clockwise.

I prefer CW / CCW.

You will need to make sure your Output Coils have Opposing Magnetic Fields, thus Opposing Currents!

This is a Critical and Required Component!

The Operation to start with is as follows:

Input Coil ( Green Coil ) brings up the Potential, then is switched Off.
One Output Coil then Conducts Current ( Gold Coils ).
The Second Output Coil then also conducts Current, a split second after the first, Equal and Opposite, to the First Output Coil ( Gold Coils ).

INPUT: Go for 2 Volts DC and around 320Hz or so, a Duty of around 10% or so. Slowly turn the Voltage up until you see things start to happen.

You will need to make sure the turns are greater on the Output Coils, per Coil by a factor of at least 1 : 3, so for every 1 turn on the Input Coil, you will need 3 Turns on the Output Coil and then that again for the Second Output Coil.

NOTE: Sometimes dropping a few turns on one Partnered Output Coil can be of benefit.

A small Gap between the Cored Partnered Output Coils to delay the Magnetic Field Mutual Coupling between the Coils. Circuitry can also be employed to delay Conduction on the second Partnered Output Coil.

Monitoring Currents in the Partnered Output Coils, you will see the Partnered Output Coils, like The Mr Preva Experiment, will Oppose, Magnetic Fields will Oppose! The Machine works because the Fields Buck, a Bucking Oscillator!

NOTE: When you have Bucking Output Coils, you will see a Sawtooth Waveform! Look for it, its the sign you need to see to know you're getting results.

Now, its up to you, arrangement, how you Construct it. I suggest Small Cheap and easy to work with!

On your Input Coil, perhaps use 12 turns 1mm wire or slightly larger. This means your Partnered Output Coils will be approximately 36 Turns each give or take.

NOTE: Don Smith suggested 1 : 4 Ratio.

A MOV is non Linear, meaning that is is an OFF device until a Voltage Potential is reached. At this point, the MOV Conducts, is now On, it becomes a Switch if you like, a Voltage Controlled Switch!

Above, the Diagram depicts a MOV that starts Switching On at around 250 Volts, it conducts at 250 Volts!

So Conduction might typically look something like this:

All MOV's are Rated, have different ratings, and ratings can be very different. Some voltages might be 18 Volts. So make sure you know what youre using!

So the Timing here, it is again what we saw before. It is sensible! There is a Timing at a particular Voltage, this Voltage triggers Interactions Between the Coils on the Core at this time!

In DC Switched Machines, the Input Coil plays a very important role.

Two things are achieved:

Creates a Magnetic Field in the Device.
Induces an E.M.F, or a Voltage on the terminals of the Output Coils.

There is another way to think about this, the Magnetic A Vector Potential is an Electric Field with Curl:

One could say that it is the Magnetic A Vector Potential that is disturbed:

When you find the AB effect is indeed invoked, then you can adjust the magnitude of the E-fields produced in the A-potential reservoir by dA/dt. That means you adjust the rise time and decay time of the input pulses. Also play around with frequency (each unit has its own "sweet spot").

If one were to do a full analysis on all the devices over the years, and all the Input Coils, one would find very few turns and normally a heavier gauge wire.

E.G:

Don Smith used: 4 turns of perhaps No# 12 Insulated Wire.
Akula used: 7 Turns of perhaps No# 18 Insulated Wire.

The Time Rate of Change is reduced by reducing the Inductance ( L ) and Resistance ( R ), shorter thicker wire means faster Rise Time. This makes your Regauge Region faster. This also means your Switching Time must be shorter, say 10% Duty Cycle.

The generator has small dimensions and weight, does not contain exotic parts and can be assembled by hand at home with a simple oscilloscope.

The basis of the generator is a transformer from a switching power supply of a TV, but any ferrite core can be used.

Andrey Melnichenko is another great inventor and has several patents on the effect he found. On his Utube channel he made countless videos to demonstrate the effect he found.
Chris has made several demonstrations to allow everyone to better understand the different effects of Andrey Melnichenko's research and I would like to make it a study and continuity of his thread.
When doing various searches on the web it is very rare to find those who have managed to make a replica of its effect.
To study the phenomenon take the very simple diagram from the website of A. Melnichenko

This schematic has two coils L1 and L2 in mutual connection and as can be noted the same phase polarity (dot). To understand what is happening in the coils, an analysis of the polarities is necessary.
As Melnichenko himself explains there are two phases to take into consideration, the 1st magnetization and the 2nd demagnetization.
1 When magnetizing, T1 closes and L1 becomes negative on the bottom and positive on the top with the same phase polarities on L2. D1 and D2 being in reverse polarity then X1 and X2 do not light up.

2 During demagnetization, T1 opens causing L1 and L2 to reverse polarity as shown in the following diagram:

Since D1 and D2 are now forward biased then both diodes conduct so that X1 and X2 turn on.

Practical experience will follow to demonstrate if this is indeed what is happening.

Here is the original Akula's circuit on we gonna work:

I modified the basic circuit of Akula so that it works like a high gain oscillator. It consumes almost nothing, 2 ma,.
It has the effect of a hammer (the Circuit) on a bell (the Coils) by easily adjusting the natural resonance frequency of the coils which has already been vitrified in advance with a F.G. and a 28.2 Khz oscilloscope,

I used a 2 K multi-turn potentiometer for accuracy as a voltage divider and a small 1.55 volt battery as the main power supply for the circuit.

Here the modified circuit used i used in the test.

The test :

You will notice that at the natural (linear) resonance frequency of 28.22 Khz and an input voltage of 1.08 volts appearing on channel 2 and a current draw at the input of 2 ma, we still obtain a fairly good voltage approximately 33.6 volts peak to peak at the output.

When I exceed a certain voltage of 1.45 volts ( near the max of the battery) another effect occurs quite abruptly the frequency drops to 26.77 Khz and this is what I will call nonlinear resonance.
Quite surprising this effect is the voltage X8 and so is the current.

The reactive power developed by this circuit, is around 130 volts at the maximum of the battery, if we consider that the entire circuit is supplied with a single 1.5 Volt battery and there is no d external oscillator it seem good performance.

This small circuit has 2 BJT transistors 1 x NPN and 1 X PNP is the basic idea of the Akula circuit. Thereafter I will modify the same circuit in order to be able to charge C1 and thus have this famous flashlight without battery.

Akula's basic circuit cannot be copied as it is built, having followed hundreds of tests of its circuit, I have not yet seen anyone succeed, but their way of thinking is very good, it you have to rebuild it while keeping the basic idea.
I believe I am on the right track.

Hello gentleman. I am new here, and need help from you guys to make this little device work. I would only ask that builders with working devices respond (just as I would like to go to a barber that is not bald or take financial advice from someone that is not broke). Jokes aside, you can see my setup at the picture. I have several straightforward questions so please- concise answers only, no philosophy, visionary speeches and the rest.

1) The question mark on the picture. I don't have scope so I don't know weather my signal generator is outputting both positive and negative when I put it to rectangle wave form- this is why I put a diode at the output, to only get the positive "impulses". My question is weather the input should be only positive (swing the magnetic field in only one direction in the core) or both positive and negative (like a pure sine wave or any other wave form).

2) My partnered output coils are wound one clockwise, the other counter clockwise. My question is: what is the resulting inductance when in correct configuration (bucking mode) - smaller or larger inductance (first or the second picture)?

You can see that I use a small instrument to see the power draw by the amplifier - not the most precise way to measure input power, but good enough I guess. The load is a halogen 10 W (12 V) light bulb.

I can get the bulb to bright full power no problem, but it is a usual transformer effect. I have tried many combinations of flipping the coils, reversing the diodes, many different frequencies, duty cycles, and wave forms, and I have not seen a single anomaly, let alone over unity.

Please guide me in the right direction. The primary coil is 100 turns, and the secondary 300.

Hi all, was away for a bit and decided to make some more experiments.

Came upon some parameters with this device setup, that is showing zero watts input on my killiwatt meter, that is connected to the primary input coil and mosfet.

I have some ideas, probably not much different than Chris's conclusions, as to why the device is behaving in this way.

I have a schematic and I will share some words on what I think is happening.

Then I will make some drawings, to show each phase of functioning, of what I think is happening within the device, at each phase.

1) The input coil L1 is switched on, from output from the 555 timer, lets say this builds a south magnetic pole, at the input coil wire end, connected to the drain of the mosfet.

2) L2 does not build a magnetic field at this time, because of the diode, though it does build an electric field.

3) L3 does start to build a magnetic field, though when the pulse width on time, of the input coil pulse is appropriate for the device parameters, L1 input coil will be switched off, before the magnetic field of L3 can influence input coil L1 to any degree.

4) L1 input coils magnetic field is now collapsing and L2 coil magnetic field is expanding.

5) L3 coils still expanding magnetic field then couples with the L1 collapsing field of opposite magnetic pole, this may be why the killiwatt meter shows zero watts, as the device may be feeding back to the supply.

6) L3 coil then starts collapsing, as L2 coils magnetic field is increasing, L3 coils magnetic field is now opposing the field of L2 coil, which cause L3 to become an input coil, relative to L2 and creates generator action in L2 coil, which may explain why the led bulb becomes much brighter, when coil L3 is shorted upon itself.

7) For all these effects to occur, the input pulse timing and overall device parameters, need to be within a certain timing window, for these effects to transpire.

8) Input coil L1 is now switched on again and the cycle starts again.

This may not be exactly what is occurring within the device, though I think it is close.

A special parametric oscillator is designed utilizing the Ide effect (additional current at hard switch-on of a transformer). According to preceding papers, this current is a consequence of an oscillation of inductance before it reaches its static value. The oscillation is utilized as a parameter change in a serial or parallel oscillator circuit. Simulation results show an exponential growth of the current even in presence of an ohmic resistance. My main list of points to consider.

core has to be driven at saturation.
short steep pulses( transistor protection)
the bucking mechanism as the primary mechanism of this energy generation, should be on the primary exciter side not secondary collector side.
the opposing coils should be half turn each and thick. here are two things i have noticed about this point

look at the black large wire at the center coil of the VTA, it runs the whole width of the coil in one pass. From bottom left to top right, the opposing coil (not visible on the picture) would be on the opposite side going from top left to bottom right. And im guessing the large silver colored plate in is an impedance matching network (like RF balun transformers) or an aluminum cooling plate for the water circulated primary tube coil(similar to an induction heater coil) .

Another remark about this black wire/tube is its sligthly deformed look 1) sweet tried differrent configurations and bent it back and forth many times 2) or he coated the outside of it with ferrite epoxy 3) or he made the piece himself with his own material mix ( degenerate conductor tom bearden mentioned) just guesses.

Where Floyd Sweet and Tom Bearden got their Ideas. Non Linear Parametric Amplifier.

while watching the tom bearden videos posted by chris the other day. i got the concept of longitudinal waves, and phase conjugate waves. that led me to parametric amplifiers, devices developped in the late 1950s and the 60s and primarily used by the us military. they used nonlinear reactance ferite cores or non linear capacitance diodes called varactors. they are unusual in the sense that they amplify with very small current consumption by the amplifier, with infinite gain need a bit of tuning. the patents and papers i came across patents and papers that mention:

two signals 180degrees out of phase
ferite ring cores magnettically saturated with few turns opposing coils
the concept of pumping signal
and that they dont obey the concept of conservation of energy

Anyway take a look at the articles i linked , and in my opinion the varactors non linear performance has improved so much that this is the way to go. the non linear ones are now called abrupt and hyperabrupt varactors. the overunity aspect of these devices are not mentioned anywhere(duh!) but you can connect the dots yourself.

P.S: at first they used a spring inductor attached to a motor to vary the inductance mechanically to perform the parametric pumping.

I have a 60 MHZ DDS Signal Generator, model JDS6600
It's output is around 20mA....power that doesn't help very much.
What do you guys use for boosting the power of your signal Generators?
I used today a NPN with a secondary power suply, to power the load,
and the DDS signal generator to switch the NPN...
Are there disadvantages of using this method..? or I did it wrong?

This is an older recording. I don’t know if anyone else has done similar measurements and since there is no separate thread I put it here. He doesn't cut here tightly. I think the operation in the Adams motor and the ZPM or non-inductive coil system are somewhat similar in operation.
Here it is a fully open magnetic system, while it is closed in a transformer. Except with the proper air gap.
Effect of excitation voltage (or current) on the load. As well as the effect of the magnetic field coked by the load on the excitation. They appear on top of each other. For example, at the 5th minute. True, because of the quality of the material, there is no such spring-like oscillation here. But, for example, the slow decay resulting from self-induction voltage (and current) is clearly visible in a trapezoidal or sawtooth wave. At 7:10. OK, here is the result of my playing with the device and the house meter.
My house is connected to the utility through a digital smart meter. My meter looks like the picture attached to this post except that it is made by Landis & Gyr.

I do not know how old the meter is (it looks relatively new) but should've worked just fine, all considering. However, it has the same design fault as my dumb Kill-A-Watt device. Under certain conditions it does not work properly.
Yes, there is still power consumption but the meter doesn't want to know about it.

My next (and rather obvious move) was to go to a friend's house where the meter is still an old winding type. No pleasant surprises there. It shows some power consumption the moment my device is plugged in.
We also tried a different digital meter (GE, bi-directional) which worked just fine and showed true consumption.

After some digging I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQdeLQqaStA which shows the tear down of a smart meter. After watching the video and some additional experimenting I think I know the answer.

So, is my device consuming power? Sadly, yes. It does.
The smart meter doesn't register the consumption because it senses the current on the hot sides only. My device, however, once tuned to the resonance frequency of the transformer, draws the power on the ground side hence bypassing the sensor.
That bypassing is possible due to yet another side effect which I am not going to discuss in details as it will lead to replications of this cheating device.

(If you are unfamiliar with the US power distribution, 2 hot sides (220V AC 60HZ)are coming down from the pole. Next the hot sides are distributed evenly to level-out the load bringing 120V AC to end consumer.)
I am not going into the details of the ferroresonance phenomenon here, as I am sure you've tried it. If not, here is a good read:

Next obvious step was to try and change the resonant frequency and see what happens. Sure enough getting away from the critical point brought back proper meter functioning. Kill-A-Watt, however, remained dumb no matter what I tried.
BTW, my playing with resonant frequencies resulted to two additional events: 1/ I burnt down the transformer by accidentally disconnecting one of the secondaries 2/ I had to make another transformer in order to continue my experiments.

So, sleep well tonight. OU is still not here.

hei guys, the following is my own original writing, and is more practical than you may think at first! You will especially get the idea when you see the illustrations.

Apparatus and Method for Extracting Gravitational Energy from a Defined Space.

According to earlier researchers (e.g. Vallee*) there exists an amount of negative potential gravitational energy in any given volume of space (air) on the earth’s surface, which is not at all dependent on mass, but dependent only on local gravitational acceleration (g) and the volume of defined space in question:

- “We are thus constrained to admit that the matter vacuum must contain, actually, an important quantity of diffuse energy having a finished density p₀ in interstellar space. A simple calculation shows, indeed, that one cubic meter of empty matter space on the surface of the ground contains, in the form of energy diffuses 57.000 Mega joules less than one cubic meter of interstellar space. It is thus well necessary that this energy exists, whether it is in this form or another!...” (- g² /8π G)

Taking this at face value, a volume of 1 cubic centimetre would then contain 5.7 x 10¹⁰x 10^-6 or 5.7 K-Joules of such potential energy. It must be emphasized that such energy is inherently in a negative (or possibly inverted) state and to be utilised, would need to be activated, resonated and extracted via a cascading of impedances, keeping in mind that the universal impedance of free space (Z = 377 Ohms) still exists within vacuum or air. If such an amount of energy were to be resonated at (say) 7.83Hz (the earth's Schumann Resonance), then the potential Power Output (in the frequency domain) would be:

(2.π.f) En = 6.28 x 7.83 x 5.7 x 10³ = 280 KiloWatts

(since Power = the instantaneous rate of change in Energy) and if the Impedance (Z) were engineered down to 377Ω as well, and so likewise the available Current and Voltage Output would become:

I = √(P/Z) = √[(280/377) x 10³] = 27.3 Amps and V =√(P.Z) = √[(280x377) x10³] = 10.3 KVolts, if it could be converted as such.

Lower frequencies are much preferred for practical purposes anyway, and in any case, ELF (aka prof. Fran de Aquino) is recommended as an initial trial input signal, or even step inputs, in order to carefully monitor the output effects.

Without delving into further technicalities, the proposed excitation pulses could be expected to produce an output at right angles to both the applied E and H fields but in parallel with the solenoids used for said excitation, as the E & H field begins to precess or gyrate under the influence of the applied input signals. Such an output of rotating or gyrating magnetic fields could well be syphoned off via similar solenoids (conical or otherwise) placed orthogonally. See original figures below/attached.

Zanzal's Easy BCFT Circuit

Note: This circuit appears to suffer from a problem where power is fed into the input pin leading to false conclusions about its performance.

I had some trouble getting YoElMiCrO's circuit to work for me as described. Initially I had thought I got it working, but it turns out I had made a mistake in my circuitry and ended up discovering a whole new oddity which may or may not get described in a future post.

So why didn't YoElMiCrO's circuit work for me when it works for Chris and possibly others? I have no idea, maybe my core is too picky or my windings too shabby, or whatever. However, I was not discouraged. I devised some changes which I think make it easier to work with. I've named it the Easy BCFT (Bucking Coils in a Forward Topology). For me these changes took a 99% efficient magnetic resonance setup (which is easy to get) and kicked up a notch.

The circuit has two enhancements, first it uses an efficient IXDF604PI gate driver (or you can just use two separate efficient gate drivers one inverting and one non-inverting) or any other method that achieves the same outcome. The second enhancement is that the single mosfet has been replaced with two IGBTs that do not have anti-parallel diodes. This did fix some of the issues I was having and I was able to get a little bit power out of it (signs of life), but reverting back to the 1 to 3 ratio with more turns did work better than the original ratio at lower turns for me.

Easy BCFT - 02/05/19:

Duty cycle will likely be very low with on-times around 2-7uS and a wide range of frequencies that will result in successful operation. No special core gapping was needed.

Powered only by the signal generator charging the tiny capacitors in the gate driver to 5V 65k times per second the circuit self-charges a 22mF capacitor to 8.1V (YMMV) and powers a small load of 3 series ultrabright LEDs. Sorry no specifics, yes its AU (Edited to clarify this was a false conclusion), no further numbers will be forthcoming, this is eternal lantern level stuff for those who are looking for kW. If you are successful in replicating feel free to share your opinion or results if you wish. Proven enhancements always welcome here, or better yet, create a thread to show off your improvements. Enjoy.

So here is a little thing I shared with Chris earlier. He thought others might benefit from it and asked me to share it with a larger audience. I'm not making any claims at this time, but this device has done some strange things. I managed to destroy several 12-15W loads with it in under a second. I would urge caution and remind would be experimenters that this device will generate alternating currents that can be hazardous to one's health...

Here is my circuit summarized:

I'm not sure what to call my device or even if its worth naming at this point. The long string of inductors is simply a multi-tapped transformer wound on two stacked "nanoperm" toroids. I'll be experimenting with different configurations for the transformer piece so there may be better designs, but I'll include a picture to make it more clear.

The transistors shown in the schematic are IGBTs that do not have a reverse diode..They are controlled by an ESP-32 MCU.

There is a special firing order involved with the IGBTs. It is:

3 -> 4 -> 2 -> 5 -> 1 -> 6 -> 0 -> 7

When 4 is turned on 3 gets turned off, etc. For a given frequency f, a complete cycle would be completed. So at 60Hz this cycle is completed 60 times in one second. The on time for each step is not equal. The inductors close to the voltage source are on the least time. The timings are:

0 = 0.20, 1 = 0.15, 2 = 0.10, 3 = 0.05, 4 = 0.05, 5 = 0.10, 6 = 0.15, 7 = 0.20

I may also experiment with linear timings, but I don't think they will give better results. There is also an oscillatory version I am using that cycles back:

3 -> 4 -> 2 -> 5 -> 1 -> 6 -> 0 -> 7 -> 0 -> 6 -> 1 -> 5 -> 2 -> 4

To correct for the extra steps each timing is divided by 1.6. To explain this with integer math, lets say you were using an 8Mhz CPU and you could control timing by delaying for a certain number of clock cycles, if you ran this at 1000Hz, you would complete a full cycle in 8000 clocks. So you would turn 3 on for 0.05 * 8000 = 400 cycles. but when using the oscillatory version 3 would be on 0.05 / 1.60 * 8000 or 250 cycles. Anyway this is pretty much all there is to this thing.

Feel free to build it and experiment. If you do this I recommend starting with the oscillatory pattern, it seems to be the better one. I also have tried other patterns but they are not giving good results. Still there are a lot of permutations possible so feel free to play around with other ideas.
