Fringe Experiments With VTA Style POCs

Hey!

Starting a new thread for this. But it's sort of a continuation of this thread and post fringeideas-non-inductive-coil-experiment.

This is my experiments with the Floyd Sweet VTA style POCs.

Specs:

0.8 mm wire, each coil is 250 turns, CW and CCW wound.

3 mm gap in between the coils.

3 mm gap between each magnet and its adjacent coil.

CSA is about 54 mm x 105 mm.

Coils length is about 14 mm or so.

Magnets are 150x102x12 mm (I also have a few 150x102x25 mm magnets).

The core material is taken from a microwave oven transformer, hacked to pieces.

Madscientist's MEG replication

Gd day friends, I'm running a new experiment in paralell with Chris' non inductive coil replication so i will be sharing results from both from now. I have gained more knowledge about magnetic fields from Chris' non inductive coil replication. I have decided to open a new thread about MEG replication. I have read the JLN replication notes and his results are impressive, i read the MEG patent too and I also went through Chris's Meg replication. I'm sharing my experiment results and I welcome all advices. The core I'm using is nanocrystaline core type KMNC-100. Input coils 150 turns on each. Output coils 500 turns on each Neodymium magnets at the centre.

Input pulses; I'm sending square waves at the input coils at around 50% dutycycle.

One side of the output coil is loaded with a 25W 250V incandescent bulb, the other output coil has metal Oxide Varistor rated at ..460volts. iam looking for what the Meg responds best with i have several MOVs rated at different voltages to test. I also observed currents in the output coils. The currents on each of the output coils are very low, but i was able to light a 25W bulb.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TwI3cqdSwjc

I am looking at currents on the output coils, Yellow trace is current on the output coil with the MOV and purple trace is the current on the other output coil that is loaded with a 25W(240V) bulb. My goal is to get waveforms (sine waves) on the output that are similar to what JLN labs presented in his replication. Any input or advise to this is welcome. BR. Madscientist.

Arya's Non-Inductive Coil Experiment Replication

Hello Chris!
Posting updates on my first experiment!

Details:
1st coil ~ 125 turns
2nd coil ~ 125 turns

3rd coil(input) - 39 turns
So its approx. a 1 ratio of turns

Input - 6V(On a 5 watt measuring block)
Output on bulb - 0V

The machine is making a sound very similar to your experiment, and the bulb even glowed(very faintly) for sometime! But the output measured on he bulb is nowhere close to what is needed.

Another problem is that the duty cycle is even blinking.... Please do tell me what is wrong so I can make better prototypes. The link for the duty cycle is here:
https://robu.in/product/ne555-pulse-frequency-duty-cycle-adjustable-module-square-wave-signal-generator/

I also don't have an oscilloscope, so the duty cycle and frequency may not be set correctly, but I will fine tune that later.

Video explanation:
https://youtu.be/mm42-P5Ppbo

Thanks,

Madscientist's Non-Inductive Coil Replication

Hello iam trying to test this circuit presented in the video non conductive coil experiment video six and seven,

Input power

setup

channel one on the scope is the current through L1 and channel 2 is the current through L2, iam pulsing L1 with a mosfet from a squarewave of around 90 khz and 18% dutycycle. Iam seein a sawtooth waveform on L2

Yellow trace is the voltage over ther 2 ohm resistor on L2 and purple trace is the voltage over the 2 ohm resistor on L3. In other words currents throug the partnered output coils.

Iam studying the currents they seem to be almost 180 degrees out of phase according to my scope shot, the problem is the currents are not equal. The current through L2 is twice the current through L3. Please advise

Thanks again for sharing knowledge

Drasko's Asymmetrical Transformer Replication

Good Day to all,

New to this forum.

This is my attempt at building and replicating the asymmetrical transformer.

I have read many threads on this forum and am new to this technology, just trying to understand it and study it further.

The core is a 1"x1" CSA, 6"x6" L x W. Metglas. The Core has a gap of 4 folded pieces of Kapton Tape.

Below is a picture of the way the machine is currently built.

I have done my best to show winding and diode directions.

The primary coil is drawn separate from the core but is meant to be wound over-top of POCone.

There is a 52W 130v incandescent bulb in parallel with the led and capacitor. (The Capacitor and LED added to POCone output is just an extra load.)

I ask the experienced members to look over this and point out any errors I may have made or if this is correct the way it is.

This is the Scope Shot.

32v 300ma input from power supply.

2.3khz at 0.7% Duty Cycle

Resistors are 0.2ohm 3W

Purple trace is across the resistor for POCone(L2)

Yellow trace is across the resistor for POCtwo(L3)

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/48z9JMB7os0

Questions:

Is this the Asymmetrical re-gauging ?

Observing the waveform shows me that the SLAPPING of the 2 coils occurs after POCone shows a reverse current, Is this correct?

Thank you all for taking the time and discussing this technology on this forum.

Look forward to continuing this research and helping others along the way.

FringeIdeas Non-Inductive Coil Experiment Replication

I'll start this thread more or less for my documentation and a bit of questioning. I've been reading a ton and going over the videos several times. However, I'm pretty sure I don't have this correct yet. And I'm pretty sure I'm starting to confuse myself. 🙂

L1 is the input, 20 turns clockwise of 0.8mm wire. It's wrapped over, the same direction clockwise, mutually inductive, to L2, which is 140 turns of 0.8mm wire. L3 is next to these, also 140 turns of 0.8mm wire, but wrapped counter clockwise. The lamp is on L2.

The pictures were taken at about 5.6 KHz, nevermind what the scope screenshot says, the counter was all over the place. I'm pulsing 12v from a power supply at 10% duty cycle. Yellow and purple traces are L2 and L3. L1 voltage is the blue trace.

The core makes horribly loud 8-bit video game music while I'm messing with frequency ranges, so I assume some bucking is taking place. But the scope shot doesn't look right, not sawtooth enough. I noticed comments on Madscientist's recent experiments about polarities and the exponential curve instead of sawtooth, but I believe I have my diodes correct. Still, not really seeing magnetic resonance I think.

Correct me here, I'm wrong somewhere I'm sure. The input coil raises the magnetic field, north pole to the left side as it's wound clockwise from the right. Current flows in L2, the same direction, and when L1 is turned off, what is left is the magnetic field which will want to collapse and create current the opposite direction, creating a north to the right side. But then the diode is wrong, as it would be blocking the current from the collapse. UNLESS, we see a flip of current polarity because of the magnetic resonance, Mr Preva. In that case, then we have the currents, and magnetic fields from L2 and L3 opposing, and we should see the sawtooth waveform. But I was under the, possibly ignorant, impression that the Mr Preva experiment worked because of the mismatch of coil turns, 7 to 11 I believe it was. But on these coils we want matching turns, in my case 140 to 140 turns, correct? Because we want matching magnetic fields when loads are applied, for a maximum fight against each other. Again, correct me if I'm wrong please.

So, again, I think I might be seeing a tiny bit of magnetic resonance, but not enough. I need to pick up a few new printed bobbins from a friend this week, but I will increase the turns on L2 and L3 to bring up the magnetic fields, maybe 200 or 250 turns to start. Also, I'll try to increase turns on L1 so more magnetic field is delivered. Maybe overdo that too a bit, so I can walk it down a few turns at a time to see what is best. In the meantime, any advice or pointers would be completely acceptable. 🙂

I'll update more soon. And this has been fun getting back to research, so thanks to everyone that has contributed.

While I was redrawing the Rosenthal conditioning circuit diagram it became clear that the coil configuration that Chris has been talking about, also presents itself in this circuit as well. Fantastic discovery Chris. I agree with you that the coils must play a crucial part of the VTA's function however , respectfully I feel that the magnet conditioning may still warrant further investigation as well. If you don't mind sharing, how exactly did you arrive at the conclusion that the conditioning was unnecessary ? I have been testing some magnet conditioning, which is wonderful because I am learning more and more everyday, however hopefully i am not chasing rainbows here

Hi Chris,

Thanks for allowing us to join the group by having setup mine and my colleague’s account. Normally I do not post in forums because of their very bad communication and lack of respect.

This forum is by far the most accurate and serious I’ve seen. Congratulations!!!

In this spirit we want to share our setups and findings.

A colleague of mine and I are replicating the “partnered coils experiment” described by you in different threads in this forum. Both of us are replicating it in their own lab, due to their distant location.

We focused to fulfil the following requirements:

§ For L1, di/dt must be as high as possible. The slope of the current for a defined period, must be maximised.

§ To achieve a steep current slope, the dc-resistance of the coil must be as low as possible.

§ Therefore, the number of turns must be minimized to maximise the voltage amplification on the POCs.

§ L1 and L2 must be wound in the same direction to support each other. L3 in the opposite.

§ L1 on be wound on L2

§ L1 must be driven at resonance frequency of the POCs or a harmonic of. With the consequence that XC=XL so that only the DC-resistance of L1 is “active”.

§ The input signal (trigger) of L1 must be a dc-pulse with a very low duty cycle (≤10%), on-time.

§ The L1 pulse duration should be a quarter wavelength of the POCs resonant frequency.

§ The POC-coils must be small in length, so to maximise the B-field.

§ The POC-coils must have as many windings as possible. This is one of the ways how to increase the voltage in the POCs.

§ Current must flow in the POCs so to manifest the effect. That means there must be an appropriate Load.

§ The current in the POCs must be able to flow very rapidly. Which at the end of the regauging-period, the POCs magnetic fields “slap” together, and produce the positive and negative overshot (immediately after the ramp-up phase). This can be done in different ways as could be seen in Don smith devices. (Varistor, TVS, Spark-gap, etc.). But for the beginning we will stick on the circuit proposed by you with the lamp, 0.1ohm resistors and diodes to get familiar with the characteristics of this effect.

There are some other points, but I will not list them for the moment, because they would overcomplicate the experiment.

Have I missed an important Requirement so far?

Regards

Falcons COP Experiments

Hey All,

Starting a thread for my Experiments, need some help with a few things before I post any findings of any sort, I really want to figure this all out and I am not going to give up until I do, free energy for the world is a necessity.

I am having a bit of difficulty trying to understand how to get the right frequency and what I should do to find it. I am getting a bit confused on what I need to do to get the correct frequency, do I do the Open-end test from one of Chris' videos? or am I calculating Fr = 1/2π√LC, or is there something else that I am missing? If I am doing either of those methods what are the parameters for testing is it L1 - L2 or L2 - L3, or do I need to add a capacitor into the circuit to calculate the right frequency?

I know that the Voltage of the input and the current of the output need to be 180 degrees out of phase, but I am just getting a little caught up on this specific part. There is a lot of information in the forum and sifting through it all is making me a bit confused.

If I could get some help with this, I would be grateful.

Replication of Andrey Melnichenko's GLED

Hello friends. I wanted to present my replica of Andrei Melnichenko's GLED device.
I did it according to the original diagram as in the photo.

I followed Chris' diagram and instructions

I wound the core as shown in the drawing and added copper tape screens.

I got the following results. System power supply 2.74V, current 43mA

I received the impulses on a blue sine wave in accordance with the recommendations of the author of the project, but the frequency of 52hz is too low, so the system does not work independently.

I decided to use the LC calculator to calculate the 269 Hz resonance.

Substituting the data regarding the coil and frequency, it turned out that instead of 100uf I had to use a capacitor with a capacity of about 6.8uf.

I have marked all the changes I made in the diagram below.

Thanks to these modifications, I managed to get closer to the frequency of 269 Hz (blue trace).

Primary winding 27 mH and secondary winding 54 mH, system supply voltage 2.71 V, current consumption approximately 19 mA. What do I need to focus on now to avoid mistakes?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1YnyCbsF34&t=29s

Hi guys, Chris,

I'm preparing to setup my bench in order to replicate the Chris's BEMF charge pump.
I wanted to ask you guys if the windings really need to be perfect?
also did anyone try Bifilar on either the primary or secondary or both?

Thanks and sorry for being a newbie

Chris's Replication of Lari Man's Объект 013Б

Hi my friends,

I have not replicated this one yet! So, I am making a dedicated thread for this replication. I am going to build the Lari Man's Lantern,, which was called the: Объект 013Б.

I copied his video and postings from realstrannick.com:

https://youtu.be/4MVIBlHixNc

I have all the original files.

CaptnFalcon's Mr Preva Experiment Replication

Hi all,

I believe I have succeeded in replicating the Mr. Preva Experiment,

Here is my coil, it has 7 turns on one side and 17 turns on the other,

And here is the entire setup, I have it setup almost exactly how Preva's circuit looks,

\

Here is the power supply and the function generator, as well as the O-scope but I don't know if the scope is correct,

It's hard to see in this image but the frequency is set to a pulse generator at 72.1kHz, and the duty cycle is set to 15%.

The readings I have on my O-Scope, again I am not sure if they are correct, but the yellow line is going to the 7 turn coil, and the blue line is going to the 17 turn coil, the yellow channel is reading 1.8A V(max), and the blue channel is reading 1.1A V(max), and the Phase Shift is 52deg however it was floating and flipping between 40 - 100 degrees, I am not too sure if I am making the right readings so please DM me and I can make different readings and I'll post it.

Besides me making potentially incorrect readings, here is the loads with the brighter bulb being connected to the yellow probe and the 7 turn coil.

These Bulbs are 500W 120V rated at 8500 lumens.

I found that the phenomena of one bulb being brighter than the other happened at 36kHz and 72kHz and when I went above or below those frequencies the bulbs would dim and be off completely at a certain point above or below, the higher I made the frequency above the 72kHz the dimmer it became, and the bulbs would not be on even well in to the 100kHz range.

Please let me know what I can do to get the same readings everyone else is getting on their scopes without me having to purchase current probes.

Plasmonic's Partnered Output Coil Replication

Hello Everyone,

First I want to thank Chris for sharing his work and his advice, it is sincerely appreciated, thank you.

I have been working on this setup for a little while now to understand how it works. I'm not yet at the stage of taking measurements or optimizations but rather trying to get the waveform(s) and ensure everything is working while I learn the fundamentals.

So I would like to share where I currently am to be sure I stay on track, and with that, any criticisms or suggestions are more than welcome and appreciated.

This is my current setup, my primary is 45 turns of #15, both POCs are 180 turns of #18 and are 284mH and 281mH for POC1 and 2 respectively.

My coil and output circuit: setup

POC1 is loaded by 3 flashlight bulbs in parallel making 1.7ohms when cold. In the following trace the bulbs are not illuminated so I assume it should still be near that 1.7ohm value.

POC2 is a short circuit thru the diode and .1 ohm current sense resistor.

Operating frequency is 4,240hz @ 46% duty cycle.

Power input is 4.6V and 170mA

I made a small mistake with the POC 1 yellow trace, the scope is set to 1x by mistake but my probe was 10x. The purple trace is a 100x probe and without the ground connected. I do not trust its numbers, I was just using it to see the waveforms together the best I knew how.

Scope trace of my current progress:

Yellow is POC 1

Purple is POC 2

I'm not sure how to interpret my POC2 (purple) trace but one thing I think is on the down slope of POC1 there looks to be a positive feedback that is coming from the POC2 waveform and the inverted ramp seems to be changing the rate of decrease in current of POC1.

I'll add that my driver has a 279V TVS diode and 100nF capacitor across the drain and source of my mosfet to prevent breakdown of the mosfet and it has fixed my issue of burning them up.

I'm still trying to connect the dots and it's been a long 3 days so I think that's all I have for now. I am looking forward to progress though!

Be Well,

Akula's 30 W Lantern Chris's Replication

I am planning on sharing some work, work that was incomplete, simply because I got distracted and moved onto another project.

Although I did not finish the Akula 30 Watt Lantern, I did go a long way on it! Getting some very positive results. Just not getting a single board complete that runs itself indefinitely.

I am planning to share what I did to get these results. The basic steps I took, and the Goals I set for myself.

Under the Username "EMJunkie" I did a lot of work over at ou.com, shared a lot, but noticed many there really were not interested, and most were not doing any constructive work towards the effort to understand the Akula Work! Too many tools in the Garden Shed over there!

I did a lot of Circuit Analysis, in an attempt to understand what Akula was doing. I came up with the following circuit: Akula0083 30 Watt Self Running Generator

Just so you all know, the YouTube Channel "Akula Vids" was started by me, its my channel, saving all of Akula's Videos for the history record. I did this after noticing that some videos were disappearing, like someone was going through deleting them from YouTube.

Akula built many Lanterns, if memory serves, as many as four. I am going to concerntrate on the most simple one:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-EmSMOYXVc

The Circuit for this Lantern, No#4:

I believe this circuit is not 100% correct. There is no sign of the SCR, or any other switching circuitry surrounding the SCR.

The Input Coil was 18 Turns, on a CRT TV Flyback Ferrite Transformer Core. Akula claimed to achieve "Ferro Resonance" in the Core, and showed some pretty detailed Scope Shots using very low input power:

In the recent light of Ruslans work, this has spurred me to continue, Also, I think we have a few interested persons here willing to replicate and work towards the end goal.

I will keep you posted.

Brian's Eternal Flashlight Replication

HI Team

I arrived at this forum with the goal of learning how to make a Eternal Flashlight, but found a wealth of knowledge far beyond expectation. After much reading, watching, coils and experimenting quietly, its is now time to see if I can offer something to this effort.

I decided to start with a "Lariman" build due to its circuit simplicity but still with the necessary components to understand the coils and what is required to tune them to the circuit. I have ordered circuit boards based on the above design and have a number of spare which I am happy to post to any one willing to commit to building and posting their progress.

So I will build one up and wind some coils and post progress soon.

Chris's replication of Andrey Melnichenko's GLED

My Friends,

I am going to have a go at replicating the GLED of Andrey Melnichenko.

If this project helped you, please consider a Donation:

Please Note: My work, shared here: Chris's Non-Inductive Coil Experiment, is related to, the same concepts as, this work. But my experience outside of what I have shown you is limited. I have worked on this before, but it was a long time ago, and on a breadboard:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1sZDa5nutI

I am re-replicating this experiment for my own and others benefit. No guarantees here guys, ok. Lets just do our best here. I am sure we can do it again

Some history behind the GLED, first designed and shown by Andrey Melnichenko and friends back around 2000. Some videos exist, the face of the person holding the GLED is Arthur Tränkle, currently the CEO of Steho Energy:

We have a thread here: Akula's circuits- is this the principle? that also has a LOT of information on this device! Its worth going and studding that thread also!

Akula, Roman Karnouhov, replicated the GLED and never gave Andrey Melnichenko any credit for it! Akula, Roman Karnouhov, did post this to the realstranik forum:

All schemes to develop and execute on principles of operation (Transgenerator magnetic field Andrey Melnichenko) and what to do with Pantyuhavu have!

Some months after the replication, Roman Karnouhov started working for Arthur Tränkle, and Steho Energy:

The Video Transcript:

they don’t burn, but we have a voltage going on here goes 19 hertz 19 hertz is going on I'm not talking about what signals of their time and about his time about everything else I have no right we go to this spoon 1910 the power goes 2 and 6 volts and what do we see in our coils in our coils we see here the signal that the vadik showed, but I have it a little stronger since I’m just not the first time to assemble this design with a similar design so I have more serious fronts, that is, we feed 2 and 6 volts and we see that the pure moreover, we supply 2 and 6 volts and a frequency of 19 hertz, but this the transistor and what we see undamped oscillations, our coil, together with pyrite, it buzzes and at a cleanliness of 293 it becomes a little wrong this is 290 kilohertz here are our non-damped oscillations, that is, this is the beam now it’s on the collector then on the collector of this transistor it’s just we see our 19 hertz the whole set of work of the ether of a given coil design in automatic undamped oscillations oh well, now I think I’ll show the operation of the voltage, that is, now I will increase the supply voltage to That operation of our voltage stabilizer before they work on the diodes light up, that is, you can now add a little bit so 2 of 6 here are 2 and 6 and our LEDs are on, they light up and two of our undamped oscillations became even more than 10 volts here on the collector undamped oscillations with the frequency of the resonance firm and the overall design turned out to be 10 volts, that is, in principle, the record itself can now be made even without this generator, well, it is necessary for stabilization, since we have a load, there are nights, I can say wadik For you, but great successes, good luck, I’m glad that in just about a year and a half I see a person who with his own mind reached it with his own hands, launched the scheme, was able to stabilize this process and get the scheme so-called free energy, I won’t even collect the scheme for all unbelievers and bitches can consult with the author, he will tell you that this is the true work of this device to tell you more too I have no right do not be offended by all the questions to the author of this scheme, but a very original solution is generally very original Inalnaya, but only with this original solution we need to slightly change the design, that is, Vadik I can say for sure because this is not the first time I have assembled this design for such power and there are two but three LEDs in which your mistake was, it’s purely you will understand only you were the mistake in that you have two LEDs, but I didn’t actually consider it, maybe I didn’t see it, I don’t know, but I couldn’t turn up the power because you had two LEDs in parallel, you need to sequentially and here, at the output, raise a little voltage yes, of course, your return line will start up well and that’s all, but also what can I say? This is a microcircuit of working with this transistor that eats a lot, just eats the power of one of the LEDs, that is, it can be replaced with a simple multivibrator, it will be much more economical to form of what is needed here precisely with this generator, well, guys, see the free energy, he’s so very glad I’ll be talking with you, maybe even work together so that you don’t see something I even know a new share something very glad I will talk to you and indeed to discuss something interesting for the future, we

so well, what’s happened, I’ll show it’s most interesting, it’s not loving now, it’s not working at all yet, I haven’t completely caught up with all the signals, tested the working principle of forming a low-frequency resonance in seconds, that is, our face of cultures is output and this capacitor is what we have here it is here it is so here we have a series of bursts of pulses from them we see the low-frequency component and what’s actually looking for this thing is f**king erase three monsters I’ll rewind the general resonance of the fer Rita does not match for the formation of a low-frequency sinusoid I can’t raise the power then you have it for the last time I’ll be holy he would understand now we are looking for this one now it works like this

Observing the approximate lengths, where each unwind is approximately an arms length, about one meter, we get the following lengths:

23 arm lengths

26 arm lengths

I have a Pot Core, one that you have seen before:

I have drawn the circuit and have the following design:

This is just a start. Any changes / improvements will be incorporated and a new circuit may be shown at a later date. This is a copy of Akula's Circuit:

I have replicated this before, on the breadboard. I have had some successes with this circuit, but I thought I would make this a bit more evolved to show others. To try to help others advance! However, I can only do so much, I cant do it all for you! You need to so this for yourself!

Equal and Opposite

I am going to continue harping on about the basics: Equal and Opposite!

NOTE: The above schematic from Akula, he drew with pen, big dots, above. Each dot is a Test Point, where the Oscilloscope measures the Voltage at each point.

NOTE: The AC Voltage is equal and Opposite:

Also Note: The bottom waveform has a goodly degree of DC Offset!

PCB Give Away:

I have some PCB's to give away, you pay for postage, from Aus to most parts of the globe its about 8 - 10$. PM Me and I will pick some lucky recipients! Its just a bare bones PCB, you purchase the components and fit as a kit for yourself.

I have most of the components already. I have the PCB's on order and they should be here in a few days.

Building a Smith Generator

I am starting work on building a Smith Generator. Thanks to your work here, I am getting the role of Bucking Coils on the circuit. I found this link for starters, a pdf that purports to tell you how to build one:

projectavalon.net/forum4/attachment.php?attachmentid=25399

I extracted another schematic and made it an attachment below. What they do not mention anywhere in the document is that coil L2 most likely is a Bucking Coil, as you have most eloquently shown here! I guess they do say it is a "Tesla Coil". I guess that could be a Partnered Output Coil. I have seen similar schematics on youtubes by kdkinen, where he shows his replication attempts seemingly at least generating OU. His schematics I can clearly see the Partnered Output Coils. So with this understanding I think I will attempt a replication. It seems very simple. You use a 30 ma NST to get thousands of volts. The front of the the circuit as shown uses a small inverter driven by a 12v battery to get 120v AC, which is fed thru a variac to control the input voltage to the NST. The final output is supposed to be up to 8000v @ ~20A DC, as the L1/L2 is 4:1 step-up! Pretty astounding.

I am not going to use a battery to run an inverter to drive the system. I will just initially plug my variac into the wall. You do need a real sine wave input for this.

So the front of the circuit feeding L1 starting with the output of the NST is grounded at the center point tap of the NST. The output of the NST is rectified to extract the starting HV and then reconverted to AC with a spark gap tuned with resistors and caps to the coil L1 for about 31.5 kHZ AC .

Here is a hand drawn schematic online and in the pdf :

I got a little excited about solving the performance issues of the L1 circuit and clicked the solved button thinking it just applied to the post by Marathonman showing how Tesla built such circuits. But no, it got applied to the entire trhead, and is apparently a big database issue to correct. So please ignore the green solved check!

100w coils challenge

Hello everybody!

I decided to try to make a replication of Chris device with the 3 coils.

This is more or less the thread to remind me to go with the flow and experiment.

The metglas on the photo will be used for the device, it was lying around,

dimensions 100x30x50mm, 1.5kg

Next step is to make coil nubbins from paper and the to wind some copper.

Greywolf47's Clemente Figuera Replication

A different way to wind the coils and their arrangment.

The attached photo of the coil layout is powered from a 12 volt battery which powers a 750 watt inverter giving a 120 volt AC output. This powers a Hammond 1182 L 30 toroidal transformer with a center tap and (2) 30 volt AC outputs. These out puts are180 degrees inverted and are changed to DC voltage at about 12 volts and 4 amps using heavy duty diodes . Each of these powers the primary coils that are bifilar wound with 136 turns of 16 guage magnet wire. Over these primaries is wound the paired output coils that are wound with 900 turns of 22 guage magnet wire. These are wound in series in such a way that their outputs add to give 2 out puts of 200 volts that are 180 degrees inverted. I plan to add about 70 more turns to each secondary coil to give 220 volts to each leg.

When the coils are powered up without a load the the readout of the inverter is zero. When a load of (2) 100 watt light bulbs is added to one of the output coil sets, the wattage on the inverter reads 174 watts. I am still getting additional test equipment to get an exact power reading of what happens with the light bulbs. The secondary paired output coils are wound in the fashion of Don L. Smith's device that is a high frequency device. I am planning to wind one set in the pattern of Chris's paired output coils to see if I can get better output with higher amperage.

Scalarwave's ZPM Replication

hi fighter,

I copied your experiment with a large iron core and a small iron core.

The oscilloscope shows the waveforms of the two coils.

I think it is impossible to form a standing wave in this situation.

MEG (Moitionless Electromagnetic Generator)

Hello.!!!Got my Cree mosfets ready and mounted to a heatsink. Waiting on the pulse gen and got to still make the mosfet driver board up so I can drive it.
I will probably rewind both of these with some thinner wire on outputs.

Anyone else doing/have done a meg?
Any tips or ideas?

Cores are AMC 320 and AMC C25
Mosfets, Cree C3D version.

So far I have two wound cores.. using 20ga initially on smaller core and 16ga on larger core.

Wire is wound at about a 1:4 ratio to the input and output.. to try and keep voltages low.

I'm currently awaiting more gear get formally started with the pulses.
I was going to replicate Naudlins board model but decided to go with a more, vicious approach with high powered mosfets.
I've analyzed the pole positions for polarity so I can change the shift to one direction or the other on both coils.

I should have the equipment to formally start in about a week.

I will be checking power quality and shape with a oscilloscope soon as I get it firing.

Fighter's replication of Andrey Melnichenko's GLED

Hello,

I'm joining the club of the GLED replications using a circuit designed by Chris, all credits for the circuit goes to him.

Also I have one of the very nice GLED PCBs made by him so I want to tank him for giving me this opportunity, it's a intriguing and very unifying project and I think it's a lot to learn in this project (especially related to Melnichenko and Akula's devices).

This will be my secondary project, the first priority remains the ZPM enhancing phase project.

I've build two devices (link to larger image here):

One is made using a test-board and wired circuit, it's using a core from a Philips AT2076/80 fly-back transformer, the electronic schema is identical to the one designed by Chris but the layout of the board is a bit changed to accommodate the placement of the core on the board.

For future references I'm gonna name it GLED-Beta.

I've build it while waiting for the shipment containing the GLED PCB from Chris and I'm gonna use it as a testing platform where I can easily change components and test the behavior and also to see how that fly-back transformer core behaves (as it's used in one of Akula's devices).

So this is GLED-Beta (link to larger image here):

The coils are built using 0.6 mm copper wire (link to larger image here):

For later references I'm adding the characteristics of the coils here as I measured them with my LCR.

For the smaller coil (link to larger image here):

For the bigger coil (link to larger image here):

And this is GLED, it's using the very nice PCB made by Chris and a pot-core (link to larger image here):

For this one the coils are not built yet, I'm gonna post the characteristics here later after they're built.

For this one I intend to use some copper foils to place under and above the coils (as we all know Akula used) so I cannot start to build the coils yet until I find a source for copper coil, that's still pending.

Something which is common for the both devices: there are sockets for the integrated circuits, transistors and LEDs so they can easily be replaced/swapped without de-soldering and soldering.

Also as at GLED-Beta I noticed some different behaviors when powering it from a 9V battery or powering it from the DC source (I don't know why there are different behaviors, I need to investigate) I decided to buy two 9V rechargeable batteries and a charger for them (link to larger image here):

Something I didn't specified, the LEDs look normal but they are actually 12V LEDs, I'm not sure if it's okay.

What kind of LEDs did you guys used ?

I'll keep posting updates as I find time for experimenting and as this project is progressing.

VTA-SQM research and replication, a builders club team project.

Hey Friends!
This thread is intented for a practical bench research on the principals of Floyd Sweets SQM-VTA device, keeping in mind the goal of replication. Maybe not exactly a copy of Floyd's device, but learning about the concepts and underlying principals for employing them in AU machines. There are some reasons to keep it in tier2, we know that this category is a quiet working zone for active builders, all here are welcome to join the project if you whish to do so.

In a first step i have carried out sone theoretical work regarding the electromagnetic induction, deflection of magnetic fields, and have started to assamble a test setup with some materials that I had avaliable at the moment.

Most of us already know this schematic, which I used as baseline for the test setup:

Considering the actual knowledge of electromagnetic induction, I choosed this model as physical layout:

Here the improvised built:

Here the results of a first test, with scopeshot:

I have made a short video with more information, that i will upload soon

Barbosa-Leal - why home power meter counts all of energy ?

Hello

I'v decided to put this thread, because I am not able to review all threads about Basbosa-Leal (B-L) device replication.

I am not an electrician ;-)

The device done according to this German language image

Then analysed these short films (these guys have the same devices).
Portugese guy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qGlKSkFIMk

English guy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccCrOn3FeIc

I have used a 2m welding wire 8mm thick core and 100VA toroidal trafo with power consumption of 13,5 W (idle with secondary closed coil). As earthing I used first neutral wire (I thought it was real grounding but was connected to neutral wire), then a well (voltage only 60V and a hair drier worked slowly, a fridge did not worked) and earthing from an outside utility pole (220V voltage). Amperage on closed loop was 90A (idle).
When I plugged in an electric cooker 1,6 kW I saw it derived electricity from the induced closed loop. The closed loop had around 82 A, so 8 ampers was supporting the cooker (8x220 = around 1700 W). It was clear, the loop
supports a power consuming device with electricity to make a power it need. Trafo consumed just 13,5 W. I was happy of this over 100 COP result. After a few days I got an idea to check my home power meter power usage indication. I was shocked. I have done power consumption tests with and without B-L device and turned out it counts the same energy. So, no energy savings but even more usage because of additional trafo plugged in.
I skipped amperage readings for now, can add it if someone would like to see.

The problem is why my analogue home power meter counts energy from outside, no matter what is a source of electrons (grounding) ? If trafo takes 13,5 W from a wall socket, an electric cooker takes 1600 W from the closed loop, why main home power meter counts all of the energy ?

The funny thing is why the first power meter (where the toroidal trafo is plugged in) does not count the power of secondary, final power device (between the trafo and the closed loop), but the main home power meter does ???

An amendment to the drawing below (before electric cooker in short time, now freezer in long time)

I'v done power readings (with and without of B-L dev) and kWh on main home meter is the same as on the final device (a freezer) plus trafo kWh. Obviously neutral pin in the secondary socket is grounding.

Anybody can advise, please ? Has a clue what to do ito make it orks with COP around 100 ?

Or maybe the schematics is wrong ? Maybe this one works ?

Because I am not advanced very much in English, please simplify your answers ;-)
Best regards

Tesla's idea-----Akula's design

Hi team,

I just joined this forum to share with you all. I have been studying Akula's work since around 2016. I had to give it a break because all my time was being consumed by it. However, I noticed that there are a few persons still keeping the fire burning for freedom and I am glad to join the party.

The diagram above comes from Tesla's patent No. 685957 dealing largely with capturing energy from the aether.

If you notice the device itself it should be clear that the main component is the CAPACITOR. It is responsible for the capturing and storage of the charge received from the "air".

I now understand the reason for tesla's bifilar (largely misunderstood) coil. Tesla's bifilar coil was (from my own assessment) intended to form part of a capacitor plate. It is necessary therefore that the coil be arranged in the "bucking"/partnered arrangement and set to resonate (magnetic resonance). at resonance such a coil becomes a receptor of protons (positive charges) from any source that radiates it.

Examine this from: http://awakeningtimes.com/nikola-tesla-free-energy-unraveling-the-greatest-secret/

In order to utilize this high-voltage energy you must do two things — make an energy sink and then devise a way of making the “sink” oscillate.

“Zero Point Energy?”

Such a “sink” has to be at a lower energy state than the surrounding medium and, for the energy to continually flow into it, the energy must be continually pumped out of it. Additionally, this “sink” must maintain a lower energy state while meeting the power requirements of the load attached to it. Electrical energy, watt-seconds, is a product of volts x amps x seconds. Because the period of oscillation does not change, either voltage or current has to be the variable in this system’s energy equation. Bifilar wound coils are used in the system because a bifilar wound coil maximizes the voltage difference between its turns, the current is then minimized.

A coil in our system, then, will be set into oscillation at its resonant frequency by an external power source. During the “zero-point” portion of its cycle the coil will appear as one plate of a capacitor. As the voltage across the coil increases, the amount of charge it can siphon will increase. The energy that is taken into the coil through the small energy window (zero-point), call it what you will, appears to be the key to the success of this system. It is at this zero-point where energy is condensed into positive and negative components of current. When energy escapes from the “sink” the magnetic field collapses and a strong magnetic quake is created in its wake. A properly tuned system can capture and convert radiant energy in such a prescribed arrangement.

The following is exactly what Akula did with a few misleading notations:

The green coil (partnered/bucking) is one plate of the capacitor which acts as the receptor for the radiant energy being emitted from the antenna of the kacher/tesla coil . The red coil is the other plate of the capacitor which must be connected to the ground as Tesla describes. Once resonance is maintained, there is a constant flow of energy into the system.....

That was a mouthful for an entry......

I have been scrutinizing quite a few of his schematics and this is the common thread that i have observed. Please examine and give feedback.

The Nikola Tesla Method

Charles Proteus Steinmetz - the 1st follower of Tesla?

This man's work had never been discussed before, all his books can be found on archive.org and it needs it's own platform. take it or leave it.

Chris I believe it does. watching your videos i realised the method you are using, the main Maxwell Equations for Classical Electromagnetics, are wrong and this is your alternative.

https://archive.org/embed/theoryandcalcul12steigoog https://archive.org/embed/in.ernet.dli.2015.160695 tell me I'm wrong and I'm out, no arguments

Hi Chris I dont exactly understand how your forum works I will eventually go through your tut, what I am presenting to you is nothing but the only solution to your woes I see in your video, your methods are wrong. You dont understand magnetism:

https://youtu.be/CatdywD1WuM https://youtu.be/rFAF9CyK7Dw

You dont understand Dielectric Current:

https://youtu.be/LvUFgGKIsYs

These are two properties of the Ether that need to be better understood if we are to succeed. Master IVO has already reproduced way above unity results, but of the Dielectric, I believe this is because of the use of only pancake coils and not BUCKED Coils :

https://youtu.be/IvQck6Y-_rE

I Believe he is mistaken on only using the Dielectric induced coils and not Magnetically induced coils. Finally the Phenomena produced in non reversed Alternations also play a specific role, as seen in George's vidoes above. Explained in : Gerry Valsilatos - Secrets of a Cold War Technology Not AC, Not DC but Discharge Current and the Control Thereof :

https://youtu.be/vLTQElfDU20

Everyone has a working Device producing Phenomena but nobody is perfecting it. because everyone is still using CLASSICAL ELECRTOMAGNETICS. There is not only an Electron but also a Positron Electro Dielectric Discharge Magnetic induction The control of these incommensurate properties of this phenomena is my Whole point. we are doing it wrong Thank you. Mike, posting from an underprivileged area of an African country still suffering from white oppression supported by the black governments in their pockets. here we dont know about threads or Big Buttons, but go ahead👌🏽

Modified Armstrong Oscillator por Jorge Lezana

Good Friends, Well for some years now, I have been observing and trying to replicate some projects about FreeEnergy, to try to understand and try to separate the real from fiction, the big problem, is that not everyone gives much information about the origin of their works, so it is difficult to go to the source of everything and be more accurate in the conclusions when one tries to replicate.

After working with power transmission replicas by 1 driver, which you can see on my channel the youtube

Video 1: /watch?v=6Z_q6LkmPis

Video 2: /watch?v=4XnVySuFJRo

Video 3: /watch?v=nw6my2X-57g

Video 4: /watch?v=PEHHTpIuBD4

Video 5: /watch?v=W1dnpBsptCg

If time permits, I will try to make some thread about this.

I began to study how to make an economic oscillator that would allow me to replicate these experiments, but without expensive instruments, it was there that I reached a couple of schemes that worked for me. But I didn't know where they came from, until recently.

It was there that I arrived at several sites and schemes that worked for different purposes, one of them was that of Akula, and that of Lasersaber, both used a transformer that eventually worked in resonance, worked with both schemes, worked, but when the power was disconnected , the LEDs went out in less than 1 second. For its simplicity, I spent working with the Lasersaber scheme, and arrived at the source of the scheme, and coincidentally with some modifications, it also worked for my power transmitter for 1 conductor.

The original Oscillator is called the Armstrong Oscillator (it may come even further behind than Tesla itself, but I don't know), and it is a small oscillator that oscillates by Magnetic coupling between its coils, the Original scheme is this:

Where C, can be removed, if the coil has enough capacity between turns, to put it to work, here the Used Transistor is very important, it does not work with anyone.

If we observe the scheme of lasersaber SJR Looper V4.1:

We see its similarity, with the Original scheme.

That also has something of the Joule Thief circuit, the big problem of the Joule Thief, is that it can work with little voltage, at the cost of a high current, and here the current is the great limitation to achieve autonomy without connection of the source of feeding.

Returning to the LaserSaber scheme, the transformer was not so simple to make, nor to tune, here we cannot adjust the frequency with an external capacitor or regulate the pulse frequency. So adjusting it becomes very difficult. It does not always work, and when I did it in my case, it consumed so much current, that it did not stay on after removing the power.

I spend a lot of time until it manages to operate the circuit fairly well, with almost any ferrite transformer that we can catch on any unused PC power supply.

And as you can see it works:

And the Video in a Test:

VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLXY-JyiJrA

The final scheme I work with is as follows:

In it you can see a red and yellow point, where you can see the waveform at these points.
The detail of the elements is:

-TR: NPN 2n3904 Transistor I recommend buying several, and choosing the one with the highest HFE, over 300 ideal.
-C: 1000uF x 25V Electrolytic capacitor.
-D: Fast diode 1N4148
-DL: High Brightness Diodes between 2.8 and 3 Volt for a Working current of 10mA.
-RV: Variable Resistance between 1 - 30 Mega Ohm

This Resistance is important and must be found for each transformer that they make, it will allow to adjust the Working Current of the entire Circuit that Round between 50 and 120 uA and also make the LEDs turn on.

The transformer I use, they have a 1: 3 Turning Ratio I've used from thin and thick wire, they all work for me,

The one in the photo and video is about 20 laps in the Primary and about 50 in the Secondary, of the same wire gauge. (1 meter of wire in the primary and almost 3 meters in the secondary)

The muffled frequency in my circuit is approximately 300 KHZ and the Pulse is around 4.5KHz.

An important detail to expose here, is that the Fast Diode 1N4148, is not necessary at all, can work without it. In Tests I did I realized that at high voltages, there is no BFEM that can help maintain the charge on the capacitor, depending on the transistor, the BFEM appears at voltages below 4 Volts. I could verify this, with the Switch that I put between the source and the Condenser.

The idea of charging the capacitor at about 9 Volt. is to allow it to discharge slowly and reach the working limit voltage of about 2 Volt. If they load it with 3 Volt, it won't last long.

The current consumption of my Circuit is only 60 uA. At 9 Volt, with a 1000uF capacitor it gives me a time on of about 2 Minutes. While the LEDs look slightly on for much longer, the useful light I think is around 2 minutes.

At this point I have to make it clear that the LEDs are not at maximum brightness. The idea is to get the maximum brightness with the least amount of current in the input.

I encourage you to try this circuit and show your results.

In order for us to move forward, it is important to place your test data:

Power On Time:
Capacitor Charge Voltage:
Work Current:

I will keep an eye on any comments, and I hope that my translation from Spanish to English is understandable.

Dadrev Barbosa and Leal Replication

@Chris and @All

I've been drenched with the content of the forum for days, trying to understand even the smallest

configuration, reviewing documents, post, images, everything ... Everything I read contributes

something new and interesting, and it seems to me that all the content has a lot in common with

Magnetic Resonance and the imbalance of forces.

I have been trying for a few weeks to find the key of the device patented by

Barbosa and Leal in the year 2013. (Patente) (Video)

This device uses one (or two or more) coils in iteration with a copper loop

thick conductor, in closed circuit, that surrounds the core of the coil (s) in one or

several turns, and an induction earth connection. I think the key to the configuration

of the coils with the conductive coil (which behaves like a coil plus and as a core to

the time) could be in the tank coils and in the connection-disconnection delay of one of

they.

So far I have managed to get out but at the expense of the entry work and it is not what I

search.

There is a paragraph in the patent that is intriguing:

"If the energy of the magnet-coil system were withdrawn at the same rate as the energy

magnet's kinetics increases, there would be an endless supply of energy at the cost of nothing,

we would have a perpetual engine ... "

I would thank everyone, and especially Chris and Vidura for their knowledge in this type

of configurations, that you give me a hand with this if you have any idea that gives me something

of light.

I have ordered some varistors and zener diodes for Monday and I will try to test them.

I do not know if this fits here, or if it would be convenient to open a new thread, or if it is not worth it

the attempt, I do not know ... I think it has great potential, similar to the Figuera device,

For example, but it is my opinion.

I leave it to your criteria.

Regards...

Radiant power from Solid State Hairpin circuit

I made an advanced solid state hairpin circuit producing radiant power.

It is based on a high side switched coil (L1) producing a negative back EMF impulse.

This impulse is injected into a series resonant bifilar pancake coil (L2).

The – BEMF impulse, replaces the sparkgap.

This L2 coil also has a positive DC offset, charged by the – back EMF.

The L2 coil equals the stout bars in the hairpin circuit.

L2 is loose coupled (4,5cm) to L3 (bigger bifilar pancake coil) that is parallel resonant. So both L2 and L3 resonate on the same frequency. L2 is series resonant (low impedance, so impulse can pass to positive of power suppy, giving the L2 a kick) and L3 is parallel resonant (high impedance).

L3 is parallel loaded with a 28W 230V light bulb, that lights up brightly.

The current and voltage of L3 are in phase. This is rather unique, as it is 4,5 cm distanced from the series resonant L2 (current and voltage 90 degrees out of phase). Radiant power is produced.

Here is the link to the video explaining it all. All info that is needed for replication is included.

The Big Troubles In Little China

OK fellows, here is a quite interesting quote of new AU member, EE Solar Lab.

"Hi Aloha,

Just a quick note to thank you for sharing your insights regarding some of your topics (ideas) discussed in this thread.

Since I have a working device (unstable however), but can not fully understand why or how it works at the moment; it is still impossible to completely explain it, optimize it, or properly develop it further. Therefore unverified postulations, observations or theories, at least from my prospective, are more than welcome!

I've put together a general understanding of how it appears to operate, and why it does what it does, but thats the extent of it. A majority of the underlying physics is still a work-in-progress.

The device is, for the most part, a Ruslan type generator - his older designs with Tesla Antenna.

Anyway, thanks again and have a good day! I enjoy reading your posts, quite informative and thought provoking for the most part!

SL"

Hey Solar Lab

So you have a real working above unity device based on Akula/Ruslan type. It is 4-5 KWt free electrical power output generator.

My question is simple: What do you plan to do with it ?

Well you perfectly understand that you have not ordinary domestic tool which produce free electricity but you have Working AU Device on your workbench.

There are several available options for you:

Cover it with 7 layers of secrets in the name of american national security. Give them complete project, while they would change your identity and living place, get some cash from american nuclear mafia, and spend rest of your life with your family in some rural american village.

Glory rush. Going to official main stream science instituition in big wish for new 2019/2020 Shnobel prize wining. Again your device will be covered with 7 layers of secrets, while you home wall will get newest decoration. You will get glory in official main stream society and some cash from prize.

Make a free gift to humankind and put all info to the people, whatever where they living. This option mean , there woud not be any shnobel prize, nor cash, not your will get NSA protege.

Share all informations with themembers of Chris Sykes forum, give thema a chance for reengineering and replication of your device, improve it to be uncoditionaly stable and again free share over all segments of interent to people which are interesting making own personal free electricity generator.

PS: Time for deep thinking Solar Lab.... And tell us, what you have decided !

Regards

Aloha

Zebra11 Device

The same principle for generating Free Energy from the Ether have been used by Gradusov Vladimir aka Zebra11. He is not Russian EE but Radio man. Now is a pensioner but actively work on FreeEnergy devices.

Vladimir Short-Circuiting and his "Know How ?"

He used Shot-Circuited energized coil. This time he is short-circuiting AC sourcse via MOSFET in Full Wave Rectifier Bidge. Role of MOSFET is fast and high conductive switch. Switch is short circuiting sine 50Hz waveform with the frequency of coil which stand after two serial capacitors (Master Oscillator Coil). Any freq. from 100KHz-500KHz could be used for switching the MOSFET. That master oscillator coil he was named Resonator. On this way short-circuited AC power transformer suck Etheric energy to resonator due to cancelationof two opposite E-fileds while auto create Magnetic Resonance - Magnetic Whirl.

Magnetic resoqnnce is a process of creating scalar magnetic whirl (field) which is a parent of cold currents in form of strong radial shock waves. Bifilar catch this Magnetic Whirl formed in resonator coil and make energy transformation. Cold current shock waves make hyper fast electron's spin resonance (rotation at their respective own places) in copper crystal lattice of Bifilar. To direct high electron mobility conducting current to the load experienced experimenter should boost potential (rise voltage) in bifilar coil while break electron lattice position treshold occure.

Powerful stream of high mobility conducting electrons automatically run to the load, with very high kinetic energy state and reavalanche all electrons on their path , triggering additional avalanche coorent boost (avalanche rush current). Proces is similar like macro creation of Ocean killer wave/s. This system mast be controlled for excesive energy (current) output. This was done with correct adjusting Skvaznost (Skvaznost is a reciprocial od duty cycle S = 1/D) and frequency of switching. In his BTG device bifilar play important a role as a Radiant Energy Converter (Tesla's term) or simple saying Current Booster and Kinetic Transformer. It work as Cold-> Hot current kinetic converter and a power source with very low output impendance, supplying 220v:12v AC inverter and variable pulse and skvaznost cycle generator with MOSFET driver. Circuit once looped oneselfs, free run untill all conditions were meet. He told that Etheric Magneto-Resonance process has been involved in his real device.

One of crucial things is a bifilar must be wounded in Phi Golden section ratio, keepeing the natural Etheric flow through this ratio.

Heterodyne Power Generators

Some years ago, during the late 1980's one Adam Trombley (a physicist) built, or for the sake of argument, claimed to have built a device that was COP > 50. In fact he built more than one device. The first was a closed (magnetic) circuit Homopolar Generator, and the second he describes as an oscillator. Many have claimed that Trombley is a fraud.

What he claimed was that this second device combined two different electrical frequencies in an oscillator, or oscillators, and derived from that a third frequency (heterodyne) to which the load was connected.

Some, perhaps many, have claimed that Trombley was a fraud. What few have done as far as I can find, is directly examine the devices themselves. I would here like to address the second device.

Firstly, is it possible to build a device that employs heterodynes to produce electric power? Yes, it is. wiki/Heterodyne and freepatentsonline.com.

If it is possible, by what means would such a device not require as much power to run as that which it produces? I believe Tesla's dual cored transformer offers the answer to that ((US patent no: 433,702) . Tesla devised a means to alter the EMF / CEMF phase relationship between the primary and secondary coils in that patent.

Establishing causality has always been my favourite method of discovering exactly how something does what it does, or perhaps if it could do as claimed. Discovering the 'actual' cause for the power loss in the primary winding, which coincides with the output power in a transformer was something I spent a lot of time on some time ago.

Lenz's law does not in any way claim that electrical devices cannot output more power than they consume. It simply establishes the fact that the magnetic field that arises in an electrical conductor when current 'changes' is always in opposition to that changing current. It is the electrical equivalent of inertia in the physical/mechanical world. For many years it has been utilized as a supposed proof that COP > 1 cannot ever be achieved.

Careful consideration of Lenz's law uncovers no such claim by Lenz, or his law. The claim that it proves that COP > 1 is not possible is simply a derivation. It is 'derived' from the fact that tightly coupled secondary coils in their current normal configuration cause a power loss in the primary circuit, and other examples.

Ernst Rutherford early in the twentieth century categorically stated that nuclear power was not only impossible, but that the very notion of it was 'moonshine'. He was at the time the acknowledged world expert in nuclear physics.

So, what is the 'cause' of the power loss in commonly constructed transformers?

Some might say it is the reduction of impedance in the primary circuit. Yes, there certainly is a loss of impedance, but that is a symptom of something else.

Power is required to overcome that opposing magnetic field. Some may point to that as the reason for the loss, but is it so?

If we apply Occam's Razor and thereby eliminate the secondary circuit for a moment, we have a simple inductor. Does the changing current create a loss of power in the inductor? Apparently not, and yet Lenz's law applies equally here as well. However, as 'apparent' as it is, it's not as simple as that might appear to be. In fact, it's all about time.

During the rise in current (sinusoidal in this argument), power is 'converted' (for want of a better term) into magnetic energy and therefore momentarily lost from the circuit. But, then the power in this sinusoidal current reaches it's peak and begins to subside. What happens now? The magnetic field will oppose that change too, as a reduction is also a change in current, is it not? Lenz's law applies in both directions, current going up, or down.

The current is the magnetic fields means of survival. Without it, it ceases to exist, and it will fight that change all the way to it's death by converting part of itself back into current, all the way down. If not for circuit losses (ohmic or otherwise) the current will continue to run forever as the magnetic field will keep it so. Again, this is analogous to inertia, or kinetic energy as such. Am I in error? I'm sure most, if not all of us, have observed this with inductors from time to time.

So what actually happens once we reintroduce our secondary circuit, (always with a load attached) ? Is it Lentz's Law causing the loss in power? No, it's not. That might alarm some people, and others may at this point wish to beat me with a stick, if they have no firearm at hand. However, please read on.

If we divide the AC cycle into parts, we can view (so to speak) what is actually occurring in a step by step manner. Whipping out Occam's Razor, we can slice off one half of the cycle as it is the mirror image of the other and all this phenomena applies equally in both halves. Twice per full cycle.

The current begins to rise(I get to choose the voltage sign at this point as I'm doing the writing). As Lenz observed, a magnetic field begins to rise also and takes equivalent power from the circuit as it does. The material of the core whether air or otherwise is of no consequence in this argument. Now, as there is a changing magnetic field there is also an associated A vector field (circularly polarized E field) at 90° to that magnetic field. (no math here, I'm lazy)

The secondary circuit is immersed in that A vector field, and as such a current begins to rise in reverse to the direction of current flow in the primary. This gives rise to another 'independent' magnetic field in the secondary that is of opposite sign to that of the primary's magnetic field. Here is where it gets interesting.

Remember that power is absorbed into that rising primary's magnetic field. What is going to happen when the field from the secondary cancels it out in the core (in equivalence to the load of course, which determines the amount of current that will actually flow in the secondary. And yes, I am aware of superposition. Either way the result is the same) ?

What of the electric power that went into that primary's magnetic field that just got cancelled out? How is it going to be returned on the reducing part of this half cycle? It won't be. Without going into the gory details the power/work is not returned as it is in a simple inductor. Here is our 'cause' of power loss. (Please note I am using 'power/work' as opposed to 'energy'. They're not actually interchangeable in this case. If you disagree, please explain why.)

The cancellation of that magnetic field, or portion thereof, will cause a drop in impedance in the primary circuit due to the fact that the magnetic field that impedes it's flow has been effectively reduced, so more current will run to try and re establish that magnetic field. That extra current will be equivalent to the load. A 1 to 1 relationship that closely resembles Newton's 'observations' in the physical/mechanical world. It can no longer be returned to the circuit as it is in the simple inductor.

All of the above applies in the case where there is a 180° (or thereabouts) phase relationship between the closely coupled primary and secondary magnetic circuits in transformer cores. And that is how they are made, and most will say that there is no other way. However, is it true that there is no other way? Nope, not at all. But that is a (hushed tone here) secret to most. It's not a secret to many of those here I believe.

Hi guys!

As I have not much spare time right now, I give a few testing with the concept of "JackNoskills" CoilCapacitor shown here: http://overunity.com/17119/pulling-energy-from-the-ambient-energy-field-using-a-coil-capacitor/#.WQd0Lf0zXIU

More test have to be done but here are my quick finding:

"I have do some more quick testing and am able to charge a capacitor beside the blocking diode at the open end of the primary. Much more interesting, I find I could charge ( at the same rate) 2 separate circuits from this open secondary!! "> All that with no apparent effect on the input power...

I don't quite understand how it really work but it does. Power input seem not to be important here... Until now I find just voltage and frequency have effect.

Here are some picture of my test.

maybe we can do the same with the secondary...

ps all my coil are bifilar."
