Hi guy's! I do not want to say I know it cause I don't. With that say my experiment with the Tesla hairpin circuit (hv at hf) let me think it must be what people call cold electricity... It is quite amazing to light bulbs on a short circuit with your bare hand on it even under water and not being shocked!! (By the way it is not a recommendation to do if you are not sure of what you do cause it can kill you...)

My personal opinion is along the Standard Science, and I am the only one to vote at this stage. I have read so many writings from others, all I have read I must say, I have not seen anything of what was reported.
Because I am following the Scientific method of understanding Electrical Energy, I have to use the terms I see fit for what we see:
From the standpoint of Energy Type and also Energy Direction, I have seen two things. The Four Quadrant Power Supply Diagram, the direction of Power is the first and foremost importance.
So, I ask, is Cold Electricity ( CE ) referred to as Negative Power? Do we have a Terminology misunderstanding?
We know for sure that the Current has been modified, we have verified this in The Mr Preva Experiment. But what are the actual Changes?
I am sorry, I do not know. I stick to Science, to make sense of what I have seen, so far its pretty close in my opinion. However, I am no expert, I am a student and Nature is my Teacher!

I wish I could tell everyone I have an answer. I certainly have some theories, but I'm here like many looking for answers. At times I've thought cold electricity was different things. Most of those answers above are answers I would have given at any stage of my journey.
I am very much interested in knowing what others know and think. I understand a lot of people feel shy to go on record and share their current opinion maybe, perhaps they are like me and tomorrow they might change their mind. However, I think if there interest in the subject we'll continue to discuss it and perhaps we'll rename the thread and reorganize any good material we gather here as CE 2018 and do another poll in 2019. There are no wrong opinions on this... just different ideas we have today, and tomorrow maybe someone will change our mind.
I personally have could not observe any of the effects that are said to relate to CE. But there are relieable reports from researchers that have observed this phenomenas. in My guess(nothing more than that) it is produced due to a reversal of time, which inverts the known effects of electric currents to the opposite.
PD: My vote do not exclude that the CE is related to Aether.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, FWIW, I think your intuition is pointing in the right direction. Are you familiar with Feynman diagrams?
Very good question, Tesla, Don Smith or Floyd Sweet to speak only of those would surely have the answer.

I am unable to vote as my cursor doesn't seem to recognize that I am pointing to the voting spot. As I have virtually no formal education in this field, I tend to lean toward the first choice that cold electricity comes from the aether. From my reading on this forum, it seems that this is the general consensus here, although after it has been manipulated by the use of some ingenious circuitry.
A thought experiment - Imagine if you will two 1KW solar panels A & B sitting side by side with insulation compartments to reduce the flow of heat between them. Solar panel A is connected to 1KW of resistive load which is placed underneath it, the other solar panel sits disconnected from any load. Each receives the same amount of solar radiation from the same angle and thus has the same potential to produce as much power. Only one is actually powering a load.
What are the consequences of this?
I think we should hope Cold Electricity is real and that it leads to above unity devices that are in thermodynamic equilibrium.

A very common experiment done in Physics Lectures when one gets to Electromagnetic Induction is as follows:
Physics professors will very rarely show the same experiment with two Copper Closed Path Rings with a small gap between them!
We must take into account the same situation, will the rings move the same as one ring if they are spaced apart slightly?
For every Flow of Energy in one direction, we must have, by default, an equal and opposite Flow, weather we account for it or not. It is not smart to allow waste, we must take advantage of situations that could be of benefit to us.
