Just some further information from the video above, It's a bit hard to read the formula that Dr Stiffler has shown us in the video at about the 5 minute mark, so I took the liberty of rewriting it in a more legible form.
(hope you don't mind Dr Stiffler).
Dr Stiffler mentioned in the comments section before he deleted the comments that it was ok to use 120*pi for Impedance of free space. (He Rounds to 377 but for the sake of accuracy I left the value you can see below).

Based on that formula I created a quick spreadsheet that calculates and rounds up for the odd integers from 1 to 49, I've highlighted the frequency that 'Lidmotor' uses in the video below.
Column E are the rounded values in MHz.
Just a couple of other observations I made whilst watching the video.
The coil design he shows us looks an awful lot like a 'double bucking coil' arrangement
(please correct me if I'm barking up the wrong tree on that part) about 2 min 12 seconds in.
Also at about the 3 min 55 sec mark the scope shot looks very similar to what you see with a 'comb generator'.
