Hey Chris,
the governments won't invest a dime on prepping the grid, because they will capitalize on the black swan event of a CME. Capitalize on financial speculation and on patriotic speach... "let's rebuild the grid".

Sure, normally, to be prepared is always goal for any intelligent human being,
But to be prepared for only matter world is not enough also need to be prepared for spiritual world as well,
if the subject is the keeping of under control of the sources which are already provided by God in abundance, human ego always locate itself at first place .

Maybe someone may want to check what is going on around the world about farmers … especially those whom are self sufficient and how all govs want to take their land for the benefit of the country and gift it to big comapnies.
New rules about requirement to register and declare if you own more than 10 pets (chickens, pigs, cow etc) and how a tiny research group made of scientific insignifiant individuals have declared urban farming (your tomatoes from backyard) are polluting more then heavy used chemicals in mass production farms that supply big food chains.
For me is pretty clear they know they have lost the leverage on energy and now create new leverage even worst than this.

Simple deduction: They want you to buy everything from corporate farms. Total control over the inventory. Regulated shortages of all kinds. Now pair that with the Grid, and its hack ability. Trouble. Found out that our grid here in the us is controlled by PLC's made by Semins controls. Same ones used by the stuxnet targets. What could go wrong there?
