I am so sorry, we are having another VPN Outage! PureVPN is just the most difficult to get support from now!
It appears the PureVPN Authentication Server has some issue at the moment. Its been approximately 5 hours now.
I have contacted support, but since they changed their support methods, it takes a day or more to get to anyone! Also, if you get Useless Support, they brush you off, trying to tell you its an issue on the clients end, and then you have to wait another day or more, to only hope you get someone that has a little bit of a clue π
Once Starlink is setup to provide Static IP Addresses, this will entirely avoid the problem, and we will no longer need to have a VPN! I cant wait for this day! It will save So Much Time for me! I would spend 2 to 3 hours a day monitoring, reconnecting and managing the VPN Connection!
The slightest Internet Interruption, dropout, or outage, the VPN becomes an issue, sometimes easy to get back online, sometimes not so easy. It gets time consuming when the VPN Session becomes locked, and I can no longer connect back to the VPN Server and obtain the correct IP Address. This makes the Site go offline for extended periods from time to time, along with many other issues we have also experienced.
