Another PureVPN Outage

My Friends,

I am so sorry, we are having another VPN Outage! PureVPN is just the most difficult to get support from now!

It appears the PureVPN Authentication Server has some issue at the moment. Its been approximately 5 hours now.

I have contacted support, but since they changed their support methods, it takes a day or more to get to anyone! Also, if you get Useless Support, they brush you off, trying to tell you its an issue on the clients end, and then you have to wait another day or more, to only hope you get someone that has a little bit of a clue 😏

Once Starlink is setup to provide Static IP Addresses, this will entirely avoid the problem, and we will no longer need to have a VPN! I cant wait for this day! It will save So Much Time for me! I would spend 2 to 3 hours a day monitoring, reconnecting and managing the VPN Connection!

 

The slightest Internet Interruption, dropout, or outage, the VPN becomes an issue, sometimes easy to get back online, sometimes not so easy. It gets time consuming when the VPN Session becomes locked, and I can no longer connect back to the VPN Server and obtain the correct IP Address. This makes the Site go offline for extended periods from time to time, along with many other issues we have also experienced.

Again I am sorry for this inconvenience!

Question: May I know are you using username credentials or email credentials log in on your PureVPN application?

If you are using email credentials to login then and you are getting the authentication error then it is requested that you please reset your password and try again to log in, please: https://my.purevpn.com/forgotpassword

Steps:

Click on the forget your password link above and then insert your email on the column shown and click submit, then go to your email inbox or spam folder and check if you have received any email regarding PureVPN reset the password, click the link available on the email and then it will redirect you to the password reset process where you have to reset your password and confirm the change.

If you are using the username credentials then it is requested that you please login to your member's area and verify the username credentials again and then try login again and check.

Please follow the steps mentioned below to find your Username( purevpn0sxxxxxxx)VPN password and use it for every VPN connection..

From the left tab click on 'Account and Billing'

Click the drop-down arrow (ᐯ)

Click "Show/Update/Change VPN Password"

Click on πŸ‘οΈ to reveal the password

Use that password along with a username

Now, as you know, I have been connected to PureVPN for some 9 months!

So, all of a sudden, why would anything on my end change? Especially Username and or Password? Even so, I have checked it on multiple machines already and its the same problem 🀨
