Apeal for energy help

Hello to everyone

I have found this forum years ago, was here with one problem and come back because there is humanitarian catastrophy in Ukraine and high possible humanitarian catastrophy in my country (Poland). Because of the war in Ukraine and heavy problems with electricity there I apeal to those who can help and share a simple to do device about 100 W that can power a fridge, laptop, low power light, that can do someone who is not electronic. Because of total blackouts, destroyed heating systems millions of Ukrainians suffer there and are coming to my country. It was easy to predict Putin will destroy energy systems to take over this country by pushing out millions of people to near countries to make big power problems there. I was expecting power problems years ago but not big as this and I am looking for such a device, scheme for many years. Found publicesed documents how to make magrav but it was a mistake. I tried to do Barbosa-Leal device but failed.
My country is supporting electricity to Ukraine and blackouts are sure. Short blackouts are not problem but if Putin demolish our power system, what we expect here, because Poland is one of biggest supplier of armament to Ukraine, we are going to have the same situation as Ukraine. If this happen there will be humanitarian catastrophy for all of us and Putin will be very, very happy. Therefore I apeal to those who can help. Any solution I am going to share by points of humanitarian help for Ukraine. Any answers with details please send private message. PLEASE HEEEEEEEEEELP !

Many signs show we are living in last pages of Book of Revelation. Mark of the beast is very, very near, money will disappear, shortage of food and total control. Someone has planned this for us. It started from viruses.

Of course, you can post under my topic what you want, really working schemes with tips how to do it step by step. For example, I found Khmelevsky generator quite easy to do, with easy to buy parts but did not find true scheme with tips how to run it. Anything what really work and give real power is needed now, in this hard time that is going to be much worse.

very simple solution, guaranteed results. 

You would be wasting valuable resources trying to make a lab to come up with something that has no guarantee of success in the midst of a crisis.

The rest of the information if you do want to try, is here in full view, without some kind of electronic experience I'm not sure its possible.

War is terrible! I am absolutely against War! However, it seems Humanity, particularly our "Leaders" want War 24/7 for no real reason most of the time!

Thank you. Those people have no money to buy expensive parts. Solar energy is available in a day, WInter time there is so little sun. Expensive car baterries are needed to store energy. If atomic rockets explode, atomic winter comes.

Years ago I found this guy Antanas Sakinis. He is not Russian but Lithuanian. He publicised many schemes. I tried to contact him many times but no answer.

Thank you Chris. This is a war with all humanity done by globalists, to reduce mankind to about 7 % (Georgia Guide Stones). Countries defend but new planned actions are on the way. Nuclear local war is their goal and it looks as Ukraine has been chosen (I hope not my country). 

If I was electronic or electrician I would do many experiments (I like to do something new). I can assemble parts according to a scheme. One og this forum member said nearly all schemes in the web are fake. I have spend thousands hours learning how to burn in my home central heating stove to save coal and wood and know what effort it is to find good solutions.

Now situation is very , very bad. People need something that can do some energy.

What is a Scalar:
