Here, I would like to present Ide Osamu, a pioneer of free-energy research in Japan.
Ide Osamu known as an inventor of free-energy device called D51 in Japan made a presentation at ICECET in 2022. First I would like to post a video clip uploaded by Ide to the internet and a summary of the presentation made by him. He is a rare case of being able to register free-energy phenomena in academic journals and bringing it to light otherwise categorized as a fringe science, but little known among like-minded folks outside of Japan. So, I would like to introduce a brief biography of him and his contributions to our community. His remark that he could not figure out theoretical explanation of the phenomena reflects his own nature of honesty as a good scientist. I was so impressed that I thought this person is trustworthy.
1. Ide, Osamu’s contributions to our community
Ide, Osamu is known as the most promising inventor of free-energy device in the community of like-minded folks in Japan. He claimed that he had built self-powering electronic generator that realized COP 400%. Plural third parties researcher have reported that their replication of his device had produced positive results, which include foreign and domestic scientists. He has made two main contributions in the field of free-energy. The first is that he registered official records of free-energy phenomena in academic journals, which means that academic communities admit that free-energy exist. Owning to him, a laboratory of free-energy has been established at an university in Japan.
Secondly, he has found out at least necessary conditions in order to produce free-energy with a device presented in the below graph:

The three conditions are as follows:
1. The device shows higher performance using a spike wave as I/P drive compared to using a square wave that contains a DC component.
2. By utilizing a repulsive magnetic field (non-inductive coils) in the transformer's magnetic structure, the device shows higher results.
3. Using fast spike waves with short repetition periods results in a more efficient O/P than using spike waves with long periods.
He somehow achieve Above-unity in that sense he is more a great artist than a typical scientist.
2. His biography in relation with his inventions
1970:
Ide Osamu grraduated from his university in1972 and started his career as an engineer in Research & Development Center of Tokyo Electric Power Compan.
1972-1984:
In his early days he was inspired by EMA motor invented by Edwin Gray and had a thought that he had to replicate this invention. EMA motor is a kind of self-powering motor driven by Above-unity. He met in person Edwin Gray and Richard Hackenbecker of EV Gray company. He not only travelled to U.S. for inspection of EMA motor but also was shown a prototype of static generator privately by Hackenbecker. There was a mood in U.S. that inventions like them were oppressed by U.S. Authority. Hackenbecker hoped that Japan would be a sales market for their products. Invention of EV Gray did not make it as a product and Edwin past away in despair.
Ide is an unintentional successor of the will of Edwin Gray. What he heard and his findings of EMA motor were like below:
- The study of the motor is inspired by that of Nicola Tesla,
- This motor consumes power for only two or three hundredths of a second, the duration of the capacitor's discharge.
- The input is 1,314 watts, and the output is 1,550 watts.
- The motor is cooled by magnetic vacuum.
- The motor produces sparks.
- The basic principle of the motor is magnetic repulsion that plays a role in its operation: using power from a capacitor.
1984:
Ide joined and found Clean Energy Laboratory and began his own research of free-energy. He first tried to replicate the motor and achieved a slight Above-unity and switched his project to the invention of device without rotor.
2000-2011:
A prototype of hyper-efficient inverter was invented and gradually achieved Above-unity from 140% , 270%. to 400%.
He says that rigging is not noise but source of free-energy.

2015:
He succeeded in producing self-running electronic generator and named the device, D51 after the name of a famous Japanese steam locomotive, which defies Ohm’s law and increase O/P power according with the increase of load. The generator can power electric motors. He suspects a third electromotive force being generated inside the motor. He is ready to write an academic paper on this theme but hesitates to submit it to Physics society because it is obviously expected that its stubbornness reject the direct expression of free-energy.
2016:
Third parties have proved the authenticity of his early works.
