Tibetan singing joule thief update part deux

In an attempt to keep my profile from getting deleted,.. tonight, I am attempting to show my due diligence and limited progress in showing what i have done with the time I have had. I hope this can serve as an honest effort in showing that i am not "sitting idle" and doing nothing, but this is not a replication by anyones standard, I fully understand that. Please be patient I have a LOT of 'juggling' of my time just to pay the bills. Here is a description of what is shown in the picture:

~4 inch toroid Silicon Laminated steel inductor cut with a ~1.5 mm gap (non-grain oriented/oriented- is "unknown")

(Protoboard has some components that were left on it from a previous experiment and not part of the oscillating circuit.  ) The ONLY ACTIVE component(s) making the LED's light up are the 2N3055G NPN with a black heat sink radiator and the 10k Ohm potentiometer used as a "Joule-Thief" which is activated by a LONGWEI Brand 30/10A adjustable DC power supply which reads 00.6 volts  with 0.00 amperes (probably to low to register a value on that power supply.

The bifilar coil is twisted and hot-glued as 24AWG magnet wire with 30 wraps unto a sliding adjustable foil covered plastic which facilitates later 'tuning' the inductor for reactance in distance to the inductor gap. (I intend on wrapping a paralleled bifilar coil over it later -as time permits)

the other wire shown is a white 18 AWG single conductor wire with 12 wraps (on top of the inductor)

on the right-side of the inductor are a coil of 9 wraps of 20 AWG magnet wire (left open -"i.e. not shorted")

another "fixed" coil of 20 AWG magnet wire with 12 wraps (left open-"i.e. not shorted")

lastly a fixed coil of 24 AWG  magnet wire with 3 wraps.

The load shown is 24 white LED's in series
